It's like a joke the whole world has been playing on me for twenty years. You all seriously consider the guy a musician? Really?

Ha ha! I understand what you mean. But in all seriousness, if you've ever seen the guy play guitar and you've any appreciation for, or understanding of, how difficult it is to play that well, you've got to admit he's a talented musician.

"We don’t like their sound, and guitar music is on the way out" — Decca executive, rejecting the Beatles, 1962

That Exec was just describing the atospmhere of the time. Vocal groups like the Beach Boys and the Four Seasons amongst myriad other Doo-Wop-ers were all the rage at the time. The Beatles fused vocal group harmonies with guitar rock.

Does Granma want to sing along with lyrics like... “I sincerely want to f**k the taste out of your mouth”?

Does anyone?

Anything for a buck right?

And if kids are along for the ride listening. hey man, thats cool huh?

Society doesnt need this crap and you know it.

Who cares if he can play a guitar or not.

What relevance is that if he is warping kids minds?
Everyone else was doing it huh?

Again I’m not coming from a moral perspective (BTW he’s a devout Jehovah’s Witness). That’s a different argument. Wagner’s music glorifying sensuality and pagan mythology can easily be questioned as well.

Wagner didnt contribute to sexualizing the eighties youth generation with damaging immoral crap. It irrelevant.

Prince Roger Nelson is guilty of contributing to the sexualizing of children for a buck, as many have by selling to them foul sexualized content.

If it were 18 and older buying this stuff I would not have an issue I suppose. BUt its not, young teens ate this crap up. And it impacted their behaviour. I know. I WAS THERE.
It did have an impact on youth.

There is big money to be made on that kind of thing.
And it’s impact is great and has hurt our nation.
Garbage in, garbage out.

Mr. Nelsons legacy is one of nothing to be proud of.

No but Wagner’s music did contribute to the rise of National Socialism. Unintended consequences. Children have been sexualized long before Mr. Nelson. His stuff was always about adults. In the early 1950s Marlon Brando impacted sexual images of youth. So did Elvis, and later so did The Beatles. It’s a moot point.

The little purple pervert owns a good piece of that corruptive trash culture. There is nothing to celebrate about it.

There is so much to celebrate.......

I knew a girl named nikki
I guess u could say she was a sex fiend
I met her in a hotel lobby
Masturbating with a magazine
She said howd u like 2 waste some time
And I could not resist when I saw little nikki grind

She took me 2 her castle
And I just couldnt believe my eyes
She had so many devices
Everything that money could buy
She said sign your name on the dotted line
The lights went out
And nikki started 2 grind

Nikki

The castle started spinning
Or maybe it was my brain
I cant tell u what she did 2 me
But my body will never be the same
Her lovin will kick your behind
Oh, shell show u no mercy
But shell shonuff shonuff show u how 2 grind

Darlin nikki

Woke up the next morning
Nikki wasnt there
I looked all over and all I found
Was a phone unmber on the stairs
It said thank u 4 a funky time
Call me up whenever u want 2 grind

Oh, nikki, ohhhh

Come back nikki, come back
Your dirty little prince
Wanna grind grind grind grind grind grind grind grind grind

{backwards at the end...}
Hello, how r u? Im fine. cause I know
That the lord is coming soon, coming, coming soon.

It was a hommage to the Beatles’ Norwegian Wood and a brilliant one.
