Yep. Needs to go out and have one on ones on air with all the major talk radio shows too
Had a real good example this week of how the Bully Pulpit no longer exists.
President goes out and does 1.5 hours on Iraq with the Press. So what does both the Associated Press (the major source of wire news that all broadcast and publish news outlets use) and the Minneapolis Star Tribune (the dominate News Paper in Minnesota) report about this meeting?
The question the reporter asked about Libby!
So they totally censor 88 mins of the President's Press Conference to spin the 2 mins the President spent responding to a really stupid reporters question!!!!
Democrat looneys don’t have the voters. About 45 days ago 68 Democrats votes with the Republicans to defeat the Defazio Amendment that tried to ban the C-I-C taking any action against Iran. Pelosie et al can keep bringomg it up all they want, they don’t have the votes.
“Go man GO!!!!”
Cool! I’ve got supporters!
Always great to hear from you. :)
Here’s the link to the “Lamar might be stepping down” story:

“we are headed towards a face off that should never have happened in the first place.”
As always, spot on analysis......
Thanks for the link. Also heard, Marsha Blackburn might run for his seat (great choice, btw).
LOL. The loonies are out in full force this morning on C-Span.
Fellow on now telling us that Fox and Rush lie to us. He thinks we need the Fairness Doctrine.
Fox and Friends this Sunday morning is beyond absurd; we got dancing girls in hour one, hour two we get to talk about the candidate’s dogs, and how important they are and what they tell us about the candidates.
I haven’t watched much of them this morning, instead turning to cspan.
The weekend line-up on FNC has gone so far down the infotainment path that they have become unwatchable.
Their mantra is just keep repeating the same ol lies until we lose faith, get mad(such as in 06) or slip up so they can slide their stuff in.
The dem party today is made up of basically America haters with a lust for power that rivals only that of the crazed muzzie terror types.
The sad thing is that few in congress consider what is best for the nation as a whole or much less the world since we are basically the peacekeepers of the world.
I have been reading on other sites(I didn't get links but will later) that some locals in Iraq are now reconsidering whether or not to help the US in its fight to find and kill terrorists since it looks like we won't be there for much longer. Thanks to the piglosis, murthas, and so many others they are beginning to sabotage the one thing that can and is working, the surge.
Some locals in Iraq are now making decisions on whom to side with based on who is the most powerful at the time. The greatest fear of Iraqi locals is that they will side with the US exposing locations of terror types and than our soldiers will be removed leaving terror types to fill the vacuum.
The terrorists are noted for killing all who side with US forces, so if a vacuum happens in Iraq those who helped us will be come targets. Thanks to the Democrat party our efforts may be thwarted before they are even given a chance to work. This(democrat party) is not a party of America but rather of America haters.
They don’t have the votes to override a veto and of course they know that. The dems are superficial to a “T”. They are all about emotions, appearances, and doing what appears to be popular.
So they vote to stop a supposedly unpopular war. Here is where the DBM comes in. They show, night after night, casualties, horror, and other woe stories about Iraq and how awful it is. Reuters and the Associated Press pen story after story brought to them by Al Qeada stringers as the Noble Great White American Reporters in Iraq won’t leave their hotel bars in the Green Zone as something bad could happen to them. Anyway, once this bitter propaganda pill has been pushed for a while it’s time for a poll of the “American People” that PROVES they are against the war. Every poll that says so should be taken with a Rock of Gibraltar size piece of salt, but most dems love them and so long as it pushes their position they’ll quote them continuously to prove they are on the people’s side.
If we leave Iraq now a horrible slaughter will result. More over and most importantly, that would tell Al Qaeda that their tactics have won the day and they can step up attacks everywhere to further victory. It would tell Iran that their tactics won and they have no or little real opposition in the Middle East: It’s theirs for the taking and they become the regions superpower.
If we leave Iraq now we would have been defeated. Pure and simple. The dems would own failure and real Americans would be shocked and disgusted when all the chickens of victorious terrorists and the Iranian Mullahs come home to roost. The dems would be dead meat politically.
So they pass their stupid resolutions and bills knowing full well the President will veto them with an un-overridable pen. They are satisfying their moonbat base by throwing them the red meat of anti-American criticism and guilt. They satisfy the lusts of the BDS Gore-ons and net-nuts. But they don’t have to pay, because they have President Bush to bail them out in the end. They can then get extra mileage by blaming the continued “debacle” in Iraq on his stubbornness.
To a certain extent the DBM plays along but I think many of them are just too stupid to realize they are being played.
And that is, as Cronkite used to say, the way it is.
Week-end Fox is filled with liberals & their talking points - except for Julie Bandares & Hannity.
LOL. Are you hearing the caller saying it won’t be al-Qaeda attacking the US, it will be the Saudis and the President.
Good Sunday morning.
Good news, it appears Brit’s hosting FNS again this week ;-)
In case people did not see txradioguy picks for 1st July 2007 here are the top three awards
Webb: This is not a war (in Iraq), it’s a botched occupation.
Webb now using a Biden technique...I have been saying for years...
