As much as I despise the Millenium Challenge Account, I’d rather see this serpent of US government handouts than being tied to the IMF or World Bank without direct control.

Not a surprise that the Mongolians have done a good job in Iraq. After all, they did a pretty good job on the place the last time they were there.
