“I’m a Catholic, I do not support Romney, in fact I think he would have been a better governor and candidate if he were a BETTER Mormon.”
Huh? I’m Catholic and live in MA - don’t quite know what you mean by a better Mormon? I thought he was a very good Governor despite an overwhelming Democratic legislature. I’m not sure how one determins the level of one’s religeous convictions, ie. Mormonism.

I agree with you except that it believes in enforced morality and you can see this stance magnified by Romney’s commercial.
You don’t agree? Just try to by a drink in Utah....or a car on Sunday. And yes there are “blue” laws in other States, but do you want a President that wants to see them instituted nationwide?
So a future god who uses the White House as a stepping stone to his own planet is "no goofier?" (That's a goofy statement)
Right! OTOH John F. Kennedy would have been a better president had he been a better Catholic. Richard Nixon would have been a better president had he been a better Friend. Harry S. Truman would have been a better president had he been a better Baptist. . . See a pattern here? Living the precepts of one's religion generally makes one a better person (Radical Islam excepted) and a better leader.
All that said, I agree. I wish Romney were a better Mormon. 'Course, I wish I were a better Mormon too.
