I URGENTLY REQUEST THAT YOU PROVIDE INNOCENT AMERICANS THE ABILITY TO REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY WITHOUT THE FEAR OF BEING SUED. Your NAY vote Thursday night left me quaking in anger and fearful of what this means to innocent people who will NOW think twice before reporting anything suspicious (or even assisting in state or federal investigations) for fear of a lawsuit. You have a sworn duty to keep America safe!! DO YOUR JOB and give John Does an immunity clause. Dont let an angry America point fingers at YOU after another terror attack because of your neglect and irresponsibility in our war against terror. Your next vote will tell us which side you are on: (a) keeping America safe or (b) aiding and abetting the enemy.
Welcome to Free Republic.
They just want to make it illegal for anyone to complain about them for any reason. More about this amendment:

Homeland Security: Despite overwhelming support in and out of Congress, legal protection for airline passengers who report suspicious behavior is being blocked by Democratic leaders. Wasnt one 9/11 enough for them?

My dumbass senator Sam Switchback, didnt even bother voting. I think he’s afraid to vote on anything anymore, because it would mean taking a stand. Damn, we Kansans have to dump this loser next election.
I suspect that the congress critter that concocted this bill is a supporter of cut-and-run and AQ.
What was the politically correct trap they couldn;t get past that would cause such lunacy? I know it had to be PC—what otehr possible explanation is there for these loons to vote this way? Damn. We got to kick ‘em out fast.
