¨ U.S. government agencies have failed to search for or produce responsive records
¨ January 24, 2007 Judicial Watch filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests:
Department of Homeland Security,
Department of Justice
State Department
¨ Agencies are required to respond to a FOIA request within 20 business days
Isn't this July? Glad I don't depend on the Feds for much.

Go Judicial Watch
Is there an on-line compilation of JW’s promises vs. their successes?
It’s not great, but they do some good work.
“Agencies are required to respond to a FOIA request within 20 business days.”
and in general that first response will simply say that we received your FOIA request and are searching for responsive documents. That by definition is a response within 20 days.
Who ever said the government can’t interpret their own laws?
They always seem to be undertaking good cases, but I’ve never checked out their determinism. Lots of people here complain about them. I figure that there must be a JW Watch somewhere.
That’s good enough for me!
determination.
I’m sure that if there were any issue with Johnnie, AG AG would get it sorted out or fire him for cause.
I started reading the transcripts. It really is amazing how much the prosecutor Debra Kanof lies or misleads. Apparently, the fundamental ethic in finding the truth isn’t a real priority, at least not with Kanof.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, maybe it takes more then 20 days for the government “edit” the files Judicial Watch wants to see !!!
Not to worry these guys are most assuredly guilty. I know this because the President said he is confident in this fact because Johnny Sutton told him so and he is an old and dear friend. That's right. What more do any of us need? The prosecutor is a personal friend of the President. That proves these agents are guilty and deserve more than a decade in prison.
It's good enough for me. It should be good enough for anybody.
“Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, maybe it takes more then 20 days for the government edit the files Judicial Watch wants to see !!!”
Yeah......edit..... : )
You don’t owe me a keyboard but I expect something for getting debilitating hiccups from the laughing.
Ramos/Compean PING!
Welcome to FreeRepublic.
Thanks for the ping... the Judicial Watch guy was on Glenn Beck tonight... he is really ticked that the government is withholding files and he suspects nefarious reasons..
