Rats. I thought it was going to say, “I swam the Rio Grande to become an illegal immigrant and all I got was this lousy T-shirt.”

Oh. I thought it might have something like UPS’s “What can brown do for you.”

Brown is the new white. White is the old white.

The shirts were probably made in China.

That was my thought. The message seems to be one that would “empower” non-whites.

Maybe it’s just because I’m Scottish, but isn’t $24.95 a bit much for a T-shirt?

Someone yellow laughing at the stupid round eyes, I would think.

Gosh, I thought it was going to be something like “Mexican-Americans (pause) don’t like to get up early (pause) but they have to (pause) so they do it kind of slooooow.”

Forgot to say: brown, in Spanish, translated as moreno or marena, literally dark skinned, is actually a compliment. If you call a Mexican woman a “morenita,” you are admiring her. This is what the Anglo reporters didn’t get when they reported in outrage on the elder Bushes referring to their Jeb grandchildren as “morenitos.” It was an affectionate, admiring reference, not a racist slur.

Seems like a bigger insult to whites. Brown is “it” now, and white ain’t no mo’.

The shirts were probably made in China.

They certainly weren't made in Mexico... their workforce is all over here.
