I don’t think dems would sign off on this, if there’s no means to giving them more votes. I could be wrong, though.

I knew when this sellout Senator Sphincter won over Pat Toomey that this was a set up for trouble and said so on several blogs at the time.

This guy knows that 79 percent of the base is absolutely against selling out hard fought citizenship to appease a lawbreaking minority.

Yet Senator Sphincter in all of his hypocritical arrogance goes ahead with reviving the most divisive piece of legislation in years.

Sphincter in his prior profession was a prosecutor and it shows in his Mike Nifong personality and thinking that he is above those he is supposed to serve.

Just Damn.

I can’t believe this!! They actually have the nerve to do this again?

Can we deduct phone calls to the Senate from our taxes?

They first give us open borders (20 million last I heard.)
They refuse to build the fence.
They try and pass shamnesty.
They illegally imprison 2 excellent Border agents.
They still continue to refuse to build the fence.
More attempts at amnesty, more attempts, etc.
The Nafta Road across America.

We try to stop them with faxes, calls, letters, etc.

It’s the border silly...they are wiping out the border to make the 2 nations 1.

They may have already succeeded in making any solution to this problem impossible to solve w/o gunfire.

My fax to Senators Specter, Reid, Kennedy, and Graham:

"Dear Senators:

Thank you for continuing to push to legalize undocumented aliens in our country.

It serves as a constant reminder, like a sore tooth, of the decay that is rotting the Senate.

1. Enforce the law - BUILD THE FENCE

2. Enforce the law - fine/imprison those who employ illegals

3. Enforce the law - deport those who have violated the law and are here illegally

Illegal aliens are bankrupting our cities, schools, and hospitals, while increasing costs to business and prisons.

If you won't take these simple steps to uphold your oath of office, replacements will be found who will.

Regards - an angry citizen"

"We litigated amnesty and that lost," Specter said.

Well, at least he admitted what it was they were trying to do.

It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people’s minds.

"Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) said he's floating a plan that would grant legal status to the nation's 12 million illegal immigrants..."

Man, that was a brilliant move two years ago to let Snarlin' Arlen keep his job. Should have dumped his ass when we had the chance.
