Hillary Clinton's SUPPRESSED Thesis finally on line in its entirety
gopublius.com ^ | May 2, 1969 | Hillary Clinton

Posted on 08/01/2007 11:30:59 AM PDT by AndrewWalden

A PDF copy of Hillary Rodham’s senior thesis at Wellesley arrived in our inbox this morning. it is titled:

“There is only one fight …” an analysis of the Alinsky Model

Although I have no ‘loving wife’ to thank for keeping the children away while I wrote, I do have many friends and teachers who have contributed to the process of thesis-writing.

We have not had a chance to review and will do so today. Regardless, we wanted to post this as soon as possible to share with everyone. Hillary is running for President and it is important to know what she really believes. This document was hidden from public view during her husband’s presidency -= an apparent favor to the Clintons fromt he President of the university - and interest in it fell when the Clintons left office. Now with Hillary a top Democratic candidate for President the importance of this document has frothed to the surface again....

Andrew, you said...This is a true and correct copy of the entire thesis including the appendices and cartoons.

And, I'm wondering if it's possible to know this for certain.

Considering the propensity of Hillary to obfuscate the worst stuff, I can't help but wonder if some of the most America-hating subversive material might somehow have been expunged or softened.

Such obfuscation of the truth is her M.O., n'est ce pas?

Great, about time.

Downloaded for future perusal - after I get down with all the Chicago Outfit stuff from the Family Secrets mob trial now ongoing.

US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald (yep that Fitzgerald) has 'prolly' put the final nail in the Mob's coffin. Capone, Nitti, Accardo, Giancana, et al, must be spinning in their graves.

Sorry, I thought when you were explaining your own evolution you were inferring that she too could have changed. She has changed no more that marx himself ever did. He just became more of what he already was.

I’m a bit disappointed it hasn’t been made available in an MS Word format.

The poster scanned it in so it would be obvious this was the real thing. Nothing is better than a PDF scan of the original.

Anyone is welcome to type it in Word (all six versions), Wordperfect, Bank Street Writer, Wordstar or better yet, HTML, RTF or other universal non-proprietary format. I suspect the version that you want will be available within days.

Well, you know, I wrote a ton of stuff in college that was pretty crazy. But I sure don’t agree with almost everything I scribbled down from those days.

Well then let her publicly disavow it now, and tell us specifically what is different in her thinking.

I can hear the MSM and the Dems --"this was so long ago, why should it matter?". Funny, how they didn't think that George Bush supposedly being AWOL from the National Guard (which turned out to be a falsehood, in any case) was too old to bring up during an election.

And he had already been in office for four years, when they tried to sandbag him!

Is this a thesis or a biography? For the life of me I don’t see a stated, concrete thesis. Just a narrative of Alinsky's political life.

Not what I was expecting from a genius. Or even an average student at Wellesley.

If it helps her politically, of course she will. She can always say that she no longer subscribes to those "radical" ideas, but can we trust that she is telling the truth?

She'd have to acknowledge having espoused radical ideas to begin with. A former racist isn't given a "pass" for a change of heart/mind. Should a "former" Marxist when she is still a fellow traveler of the agitators in the streets?

LOL, I remember the good old bleeding heart days.
My thesis was a critical look at the Black Panther Party and their significant and positive impact on their communties.
My outrage over the murder of Fred Hampton alone earned me an A from my hippie Professor.
Obviously, I have abandoned those beliefs long ago.
But Hitlery, Shrillary, Billary is still the same old beast.

The difference is that Alinsky really believes in them and recognizes the necessity of changing the present structure of our lives in order to realize them.

Maybe you mean that the difference is that Alinsky-style "change" (espoused by Hillary) involves using the irresistable power of government to force people to behave in a "government-approved" manner. That 's both radical and totalitarian.

A copy will cost you $28-393 right now. They had risen consistently over $100 during the 2004 election.

“’What does the radical want? He wants a world in which the worth of the individual is recognized....A world based on the morality of mankind...The radical believes that all peoples should have a high standard of food, housing and health. The radical places human rights far above property rights. He is fro free, universal public education and recognizes this as fundamental to the democratic way of life... Democracy to him is working from the bottom up....the Radical believes completely in real quality of opportunity for all peoples regardless of race color or creed.’ - (quote from Saul Alinsky)

Much of what Alinsky professes does not sound ‘radical’. his are the words used in schools and churches, by our parents and their friends, by our peers. The difference is that Alinsky really believes in them and recognizes the necessity of changing the present structure of our lives in order to realize them.”

Regarding the issues you raise:

“Worth of the individual” According to which standard?
“Morality of mankind” Define moral. Define moral as it exists in various cultures.
“High standard of food, housing and health” Once again, compared to which concept of normal.
...
“Real equality of opportunity” Who decides this? Who enforces this? Globally?

“Changing the present structure of our lives” I used to think that was necessary and possible. Now, I don’t want to live as most North Koreans or Danes or Kenyans or French. The structure of a human life takes, if not infinite, then 1000s of variations. The wonder is in what is possible, not probable.

While I recognize the conceptual beauty of these thoughts, the reality of life itself is that even if we dared consider that some of these thoughts could be implemented, someone or someones have to decide what the standards are. THAT is not a power I willingly give to anyone but me.

The Vince Foster thing is no longer a mystery. It doesn't take an insider to squeal in order to solve it, just some diligent painstaking research and good fortune.

The bottom line is that Mr. Foster was murdered in a professional hit in a specific DC office (outside the WH) to which he was lured and ambushed. His body was then taken by car to its pre-designed dumping spot at Fort Marcy Park. In fact, his body arrived at FMP before before his car did (according to several eyewitnesses), which completely rules out the "suicide-in-the-park" fabrication.

Although HRC was conveniently out of town at the time of the crime, events following the crime show conclusively that she wasn't surprised at what had happened and she went into immediate cover-up mode. In other words, she was a central figure in a murder conspiracy.

Was this faxed from a Kinkos?

LOL

I just can't escape a feeling that we're being hornswaggled here; and, that the poster was given a sanitized version of a thesis that might have contained much more Marxist and America -damning opinion than the current PDF.

Does anyone else note a similarity between billing records mysteriously appearing in a vacant room (just after expiration of statute of limitations) and a ... PDF copy of Hillary Rodham’s senior thesis at Wellesley arrived in our inbox this morning ?

I have not read the entire doc yet, but so far, the left-owned media can unapologetically rationalize about all of it.

What I would like to see is some FBI forensics experts authenticate the "original" document; and, Hillary's eyes when she claims it's the original.

One way to tell if it's been modified... and if it was Hillary and her operatives that clandestinely released the bogus doc...

... then, Hillary will pretend to be outraged at the release of the doc, and will attack the scoundrels that put it on the net..

However, if PDF represents the original unedited thesis, then she would would take a contrite and defensive tone.

I remain suspicious of the PDF's total authenticity.

You are free to go to Wellesley library and read it in person. If it is too far from you, you may have your local public library obtain the microfilm copy for you to read on interlibrary loan. Now that it is available on-line, it is likely much easier to get a copy from Wellesley (less demand).
It is authentic. If you read it you will see the logic of the document is absolutely inescapable. This is Hillary’s life plan. We have been watching it unfold for years.

Kerry’s service records would be considered the same way, but he had to approve their release. The way to get such information to the public is to publicly embarrass the candidate into approving the release of the information, not leaking it or publishing it without permission.

Nice try. I find some conservatives find a completely principled position is difficult to handle. They want to use situational ethics to achieve what they believe to be the proper “conservative” outcome.

I am of the opinion that violating your core principles is never right, even to achieve what would be a “good result”.

Thus, in the topic which has stirred your ire, I apply conservative principles of law and order to determine that, absent clear and convincing evidence, we should respect the jury system and the judicial system, that law enforcement officers shouldn’t fire on suspects without a reasonable certainty of danger, should never do so without proper reporting, and should follow all the procedures they are pledged to follow and never lie to investigators for ANY reason.

Here, if there is a copyright issue, we should not as conservatives gleefully violate personal property rights, even if the outcome is the “correct” one. If we can violate her property rights, she can violate ours.

Of course, labelling me a troll is certainly easier for you than thinking and putting forth a supported position of your own. Refutation is a lot harder than name-calling.
