No - I am defending people who fought the communists who butchered millions of people in the gulags. I suppose to you that the Finns were Nazis for fighting off the communist invasion of Finland and then getting revenge on Stalin by aiding the Germans when they attacked the Soviets.

Coulda fooled me. Defending anyone in the SS — regardless of whether they were Waffen SS — is sort of like saying that Jeffery Dahmer was a population-control advocate who just carried things a bit far.
Please tell me how communist genocide excuses Malmedy? How it excuses what Das Reich Division did to French civilians on its march across France? How it excuses all of the other Nazi atrocities committed in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, and even Italy. Make any excuses you wish for them — anyone from a nation other than Germany that put on the SS uniform was a traitor every bit as much as the Greeks that fought for the Communists in Greece in 1946-48 were traitors.
What’s “in-effing-credible” is your lack of historical perspective. He wasn’t defending Nazis, he was merely pointing out why certain people made certain decisions. History, while it’s happening, isn’t black and white. Hindsight is 20/20, and none of us have that luxury while we’re making our own decisions. Neither did some of Hitler’s supporters.
The real secret is whether or not Hitler was killed in the 1944 assasination plot, covered up, and replaced by his body double from that point until the end of the war (necessitating the burning or otherwise non-discovery of hitler’s intact body).

Very true - a good book on this subject was written by former GRU officer Viktor Suvorov called “Icebreaker”. According to Suvorov, Stalin aided Hitler in gaining power, because according to communist political theory, a second world war was needed to destroy the capitalists - thus Stalin needed a stooge like Hitler to start the war, or an “Icebreaker”. If Suvorov is right, millions of French, Belgian, German property owners, businessmen, military officers and clergy would have ended up with a bullet in the back of the head as in Katyn Forest or in a slave labor camp if Stalin had succeeded.
Google “Icebreaker” and Suvorov for some interesting historical discussions and reviews. Suvorov says in his book that the Germans invaded the USSR 7 days before the Soviets were going to invade Germany - and that Soviet soldiers were issued with “translation sheets” with English, French, Spanish, German phrases, indicating the countries Stalin planned to invade.

Very true - the soviets had amassed the largest airforce and army by 1939. There is lots of testimony that all the “tractor” factories that Ford built were actually building armaments - financed by the grain that Stalin took from the starving mouths of 10 million over the course of 3 years.
As did a 100 man unit of Bosnian Muslims from the 13th Waffen Mountain Division of the SS Handschar (1st Croatian) raised by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Mohammad Amin al-Husayni

Historical reality - the Russians did not agree to abide by the Geneva conventions and the German soldiers knew they were likely to be killed if captured by the Soviets. German soldiers transferred from the Russian front were likely to not give quarter as they were not used to getting quarter from the communists.
All armies commit atrocities - I am sure My Lai and Abu Ghraib are familiar to you as U.S. war crimes. Here is another: a book called “Other Losses” describes the deaths of approximately one million Germans in what was called, Eisenhower’s death camps.
