I agree. No way should we hand out citizenship to a mercenary army of criminals.

You mentioned sham marriage - I heard of an unstable woman who met this young Muslim guy over the Internet. Suddenly there are wedding plans plus arrangements for his family to come to this country. A great way for terrorits to get into the country.

True . All we will do is train them how to use weapons against us later.

There is 300,000000 Americans , 150,000000 are conservatives in my estimate . Out of this hundred and fifty million people , we can’t get more than a few thousand in the streets to protest .But the illegals and other enemy's within can .We are not losing this nation we are giving it away .

BUMP! and BUMP!!

Reposts of FReeper Liz’s excellent suggestion from #11 and Kevmo’s post also....

Clearly, the invaders and their cadres of co-conspirators are (a) conspiring against the US government and (b) committing hate crimes against America and Americans. It’s time Americans victimized by these invaders have OUR rights enforced by federal law.

The time has come to institute provisional citizenship. Anyone who spews hate and total discontent about OUR country, who marches in mobs and holds up hate signs does not deserve citizenship, ever.

It’s time Americans victimized by these invaders have OUR rights enforced by federal law. It’s time to penalize anyone on American soil who (a) conspires against the US government and (b) commits hate crimes against America and Americans.

Tancredo or Hunter should initiate federal legislation that would impose severe penalties for undermining the US government and committing hate crimes against Americans (crimes like stealing our identities, cloning our cell phones, fraudulently registering/voting, and looting the tax assets of Americans).

Hate Crimes Against Americans-—Undermining the US government.

< snip >

FReepers should emphasize to lawmakers that Americans are demanding:

Provisional citizenship laws

Severe penalties for Hate Crimes Against Americans

Severe penalties for conspiring against, and undermining, the US government

NEXT: ... a repost of FReeper KEVMO’s excellent suggestion:

RICO — Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO).

The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations. Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits. RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens. Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place.

CASE IN POINT When an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident, the victim’s family would file under RICO statutes to seek compensation from the illegal’s employer.

If this catches on, we would see a swift backlash against illegal immigration; no employer would go near them; illegals would have no recourse but to return home.

(Other violations of law would apply under RICO since they are (a) done in groups and (b) exhibit a “pattern:”

1 - Invaders’ using illegal ID or documents

2 - Invaders’ Federal income tax evasion

3 - Re-entry into USA after deportation

4 - Obtain/Operate vehicles with illegal ID

5 - ID theft/fraud - Social Security fraud

6 - Knowingly gaining employment fraudulently

7 - Recruiting other illegal aliens workers

8 - Transporting illegal aliens across the border

9 - Harboring &/or housing illegal aliens on American soil

10 - Endangering Americans by undermining US national security

11 - Registering/Voting using fraudulent documentation

12 - Conspiracy to violate federal statutes

13 - Uttering false statements to public officials

14 - Obstructing law enforcement

15 - Sham marriages to avoid deportation)

Why should we permit illegals to join the military in the first place? What a gross hypocrisy. Are we so hard up for bodies that we have to make a mockery of U.S. sovereignty this way?

I agree. The only reward an illegal immigrant should expect is deportation. No ifs, ands or especially buts.

[[[[[[[[ 'When an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident, the victim’s family would file under RICO statutes to seek compensation from the illegal's employer.' ]]]]]]] That is a great idea, but I am not at this time conceding anything to them. I want them gone before they have a chance to kill anyone, but in the real world it's likely not going to happen. I don't trust the courts that much, but if they can win the cases, this will signal the beginning of the end. I would also like to see some suits against these sanctuary cities, they are as much or responsible for these illegals as anyone. An illegal gets to a sanctuary city and he has nothing to fear. This just doesn't have a negative effect on sanctuary cities, the illegals can and have spread out all over America. There was a reason I directed my comment to you:

Nicmarlo has a wealth of information on his Freeper Page on Border security and illegal immigration. I use it all the time and it is a valuable resource. Nic obviously did a lot of digging and some effort to put it together and I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware of it, if they weren't already.

The RICO violations are blatant when referring to illegal employers (section 274 of the Immigration and Nationality Act). They can unfortunately only be initiated by a US Attorney to my knowledge. The civil remedies under RICO seem to only apply retroactively after the damage is done and is used as a financial remedy only for specific monetary damages only. Good ideas. If we only had a few (thousand) US Attorneys who wanted to pursue this (AKA do their jobs).

It didn’t work out so well for Rome, after the Roman Army became more of a German Army over time.

To whom do we write to explain to them that we ARRE watching and that if they’re going to keep sending us bogus opinion surveys which are really requests for money, it would be nice if they’d read our responses — and better for them since the money flow is related to their compliance with what we want.

Don't equate politics and pandering politicians with law enforcement. L/E conforms to strict imperatives. Keep in mind that if local L/E is NOT enforcing the law, that is a violation of your civil rights. Report violations here:

Federal law makes it unlawful for State or local law enforcement officers to engage in a pattern or practice of conduct that deprives persons of rights protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

For further information, or to file a complaint, contact:
U.S. Department of Justice
Civil Rights Division
Office of the Assistant Attorney General
P.O. Box 65808
Washington, D.C. 20035-5808

(202) 514-2151 (Voice)
(202) 514-0716 (TDD)
(202) 307-2839 (Fax)

The US Dept of Justice's SPECIAL LITIGATION SECTION also investigates state and local law enforcement agencies alleged to engage in a pattern or practice of violating citizens' federal rights and may bring civil lawsuits to remedy such abuses.

The federal criminal civil rights statutes provide for prosecutions of conspiracies to interfere with federally protected rights, and deprivation of rights under color of law.

We are in debt, have mortgages, and have a life based on being a US citizen. We have everything to lose, our enemies know that and know we are too distracted and afraid to lose something to fight it.

Wow lindy, take a happy pill, will you. That is one dismal outlook on things. So I'm up early and happy and chipper to remind you that we fought it last year and won; we fought it last month and won; the residents of Herndon, VA ejected nearly the entire city council from office two years ago; on Wednesday night 100 or more Congressmen walked out over an immigration provision.

It is only recently that Americans have become aware of the breadth and depth of the illegal alien problem, namely because so many millions of new illegals have shown up in the last 5 years. And it has finally reached a tipping point.

As we learned last month, the business and "advocacy" interests that want to exploit this class of illiterate peasant workers would like to make them "legal", and thereby insulate themselves from criminal (and RICO) prosecutions.

That's what the battle is all about, and we are not "losing". We're just beginning.

Things look dismal because our President and his Secretaries of HS and Justice allowed (encouraged?) things to get so out of control.

It would be best for the federal government to make changes to federal law on immigration and illegal alien enforcement after local communities have a chance to start passing some laws at the local level, so that any law at the federal level reflects what real people are trying to accomplish, instead of “Inside the Belters”.
