Four MVP awards on steroids, three without steroids.

Barry Bonds could've been a legitimate Hall of Famer without the drug boosters. Too bad. BB`s later career years will always be tainted.

Why do you think he is still hitting home runs at his age?

If Bonds had not done steroids he would still be over 550 and possibly over 600 home runs. He would be a shoe in for the first ballot at the hall of fame.

Barry has nobody to blame but himself. Frankly I think he’s a dirtbag and I wish him nothing but ill will.

Between this episode, the commissioner who is a dimwit, and the next potential strike...the general interest in the game is zero.

The owners, the players, the players union, and the media...all conspired to bring us the “super-Bonds” and we are eternally stuck with this guy. I had hopes that the hall of fames voters would keep players like McQuire, Sosa, etc...off and demonstrate to Bonds that he will never make the HOF...but I have doubts they are that strong in character.

It is a pitiful way to watch a sport slip...and in the next decade...soccer will be higher in viewership than baseball.
