Well as Boris Said said they could have squeezed qualifying in tomorrow morning.... it would have been tight. It's really getting tougher all the time for the small teams to make it in this mega bucks business.

Heres the schedule for tomorrow.

And, Nascar & mother nature ruined everything by sending Marcos Ambrose home, the cinderella story of the day.

Best buds now. :) awwwwwwww

Boris said on NN it takes 450 - 500,000 dollars to get a car to the track. With no prize money it will drive the small teams out slowly but surely.

I saw that interview, can't help but feel bad for Boris - and all the other small teams.

And Robby did say that he would still try to do something to get Marcus in a car this year. Cool!

But I was really looking forward to seeing two RG cars on track, a road course track! Almost.

Did ya catch where they said the last 3 of 4 Cup qual's have been rained out?

Well, duh! Time to MOVE THE TRACK! lol

I agree with Boris said about qualifying on Sat. Yes, it might be tight, but there was only 14 cars that needed to qual...

Ex-Candy Man talking about it now......

And if ya want to see something sad, go eyeball the line up for Sunday.

The last nine positions, 35-43......

Toyota has six of those locked up...solid!

Darn good thing Mikey put Labonte in his car this week.

I also wanted to see Ambrose and Robby on the track together. :) Sort of a makeup race for Robby.

I had Boris on my “C” team but that’s ok Fellows has a great car for HOF racing this week. They’ve done good with the COT.

I’m meeting one of the girls from Jr’s site tomorrow, she’s visiting her daughter here. Small world. :)

LOL I wish we had an edit button.

The other day I posted a Nascar article on the wrong board. I’ve never done that and realized immediately I goofed so I pinged the mod. Of course the posting police were immediately on MY case for posting cut and paste stuff or some such triviality. LOL..... Ah life on the internet, it ain’t easy.

Ok I watered my flowers and I only have three MORE mosquito bites. I’m gonna have to buy safari clothing or something. Owwwwww

From a confused guy.......

Dear Tech Support:
This summer I upgraded from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0 I soon noticed that
the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a lot of
space and valuable resources. In addition, Wife 1.0 installed itself into
all other programs and now monitors all other system activity.
Applications such as Poker Night 103, Football 5.0, Hunting and Fishing
7.5, and Racing 36.
I can’t seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background while attempting to run my
favorite applications. I’m thinking about going back to Girlfriend 7.0, but
the uninstall doesn’t work on Wife 1.0. Please help!
Thanks,
Troubled User.. (KEEP READING)

Dear Troubled User:
This is a very common problem that men complain about.
Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0, thinking that it is
just a Utilities and Entertainment program. Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM
and is designed by its Creator to run EVERYTHING!!! It is also impossible
to delete Wife 1.0 and to return to Girlfriend 7.0. It is impossible to
uninstall, or purge the program files from the system once installed.
You cannot go back to Girlfriend 7.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed to not
allow this. Look in your Wife 1.0 manual under Warnings-Alimony-Child Support. I
recommend that you keep Wife 1.0 and work on improving the situation. I
suggest installing the background application “Yes Dear” to alleviate
software augmentation. The best course of action is to enter the command C:\APOLOGIZE because
ultimately you will have to give the APOLOGIZE command before the system
will return to normal anyway. Wife 1.0 is a great program, but it tends to be very high maintenance.
Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs, such as Clean and Sweep 30,
Cook It 1.5 and Do Bills 4.2. However, be very careful how you use these programs. Improper use will
cause the system to launch the program Nag Nag 9.5. Once this happens, the
only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase additional
software. I recommend Flowers 2.1 and Diamonds 5.0 !
WARNING!!! DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Secretary With Short
Skirt 3.3. This application is not supported by Wife 1.0 and will cause
irreversible damage to the operating system !!!!!!!

Only 3 more bites?

Not bad considering TX mosquitos draw an ounce of blood each!

NY Governor Eliot Spitzer named Grand Marshal of Watkins Glen Cup race: Watkins Glen International announced that the Governor of New York State, Eliot Spitzer will be the Grand Marshal for this year's Centurion Boats at The Glen Nextel Cup Series race this Sunday. "As a NASCAR fan for over two decades, being Grand Marshal at Watkins Glen International is a dream come true," said Governor Spitzer.

ROTFL! Funny stuff. Lefties really crack me up. I guess NASCAR is running out of "Grand Marshals."

Going away to Pittsburgh for my 50th class reunion this week-end so won’t be around. Will try and get to a pub or sports bar with the old mates and watch some of the race.

Cheers! That sounds like a good time for some story swapping..

Yes, I'm feeling weak.
