Congressional Democrats are demanding yet another investigation of Vice President Dick Cheney and White House Political Advisor Karl Rove.
Upon hearing the news that former Cuba Leader Fidel Castro was dead yet again, Congressional Democrats are demanding an investigation. Congressional Democrats want to know the whereabouts of both men on August 7th when Castro was reportedly on his deathbed.
"The American People need to know were Cheney and Rove were on that day," said an aide close to House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers. "We know that Cheney and Rove have access to a SR-71 Blackbird and we refuse to allow another Iran Hostage Hoodwink on our watch!"
"We know that Karl Rove loves spiting in people's food," said an aide to Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy. "This is his way of trying to kill Castro and the Bushies love going after old Communists."
"We need another investigation to make it look like we are doing something for the American People," said an aide to House Speaker Nancy Pelsoi. "We can't pass anything of substance and our poll numbers are in the crapper, so why not another investigation as a shiny object to the American People."
Tony Snow seemed perplexed at this morning's White House Press Briefing and declined comment on the story, stating that the White House welcomes another investigation and "What is this number 301?"
C(BS)has obtained documents that claim that the Haliburton Dirigible of Doom was sighted over Havana on 7th of August. C(BS)will provide more information, documents and first hand accounts as soon as we can manufacturer them.
The Democrats are on a witch hunt. They should ask him how many sheets of toilet paper he uses everyday. No wonder the Democrats don’t get anything done.
Someone needs to file a fraud, waste and abuse complaint against these clowns. They are wasting taxpayer resources.
LOL!
For a second I thought this was a real news story.
It wouldn’t be any weirder than Plamegate.
Anything can be believed of the democrats. LOL!
can’t we as ‘the people’ file some complaint against congress for wasting money and time for which we foot the bill for both!!!
I therefore demand an immediate and thorough investigation of the democrats. I believe that they are doing irreparable harm to the nation in the interest of obtaining personal political gain. The investigation should determine whether treason charges should be applied.
Pelosi in Syria, Barack verbally warring with Pakistan, etc ad-nauseum... This is happening at a level never seen before and needs to be stopped!
“cant we as the people file some complaint against congress for wasting money and time for which we foot the bill for both!!!”
Here in Michigan, we have a guy who thinks he’s got a solution. Trouble is, he’s anti-war.

Brilliant satire TBM, as evidenced by the fact that some posters here thought it was a real story.
Well, at least he's using a lot less water to wash his hair.
Had me going for a minute there. The scary part is that it is all so believable.
Vote 'em out of office.

Good one.
Now, my attempt at parody.
Today Charlie Dingell issued subpeanas to the White House kicking off it’s investigation of Karl Rove. “We need to find out how he became such a magnificent bastard” Chairman Rangle explained with exasperation.
He then added at the request of my esteemed colleague Maxine Waters we are also investigating Cheney. Waters then piped up “We know he’s packing heat, we just want to know how much, and I ain’t talkin bout on huntin trips. You know what I mean girlfriend? Have you seen that picture?”’
“I do not recall”
Repeat as necessary.
LOL!!
In response, the Bush administration indicted a few more border guards and combat soldiers.
how dare you ping me as if to insinuate i know whereof you speak...! ; )
Always liked that one.
