I don't think banning them will make the sentiments of either book go away.

I like it. But it’s probably off to the re-education camps for him.

Bad idea- I think that it should be circulated as widely as possible. The main reason most people underestimate the Islamist threat is that they have no idea what the Koran says.

"Mr Wilders claims that the Koran calls on Muslims to oppress, persecute or kill Christians, Jews, dissidents and non-believers, to beat and rape women and to establish an Islamic state by force."
Nothing to claim, that IS its specific intent. Convert or kill the infidels. If you're a Mohammadan, no matter your station in life, that is what you're commanded to do. I personally don't like book banning. The more appropriate action is to simply classify Mohammadanism as the violent political death cult that it is, and a threat to national security and their form of liberal (in the positive sense) government, and demand their expulsion from civilized nations.

Now we're talking....
It won't change sentiments but it will discourage the Moslems from leaving their sh*holes to bother us.

Banning books? Isn’t that what Hitler and Khomeini did?
Revile them (the books), sure, but people should be free to READ them so as to understand the hateful bilge they are.
Banning a book in this internet age will do little but to add “the allure of the forbidden” to these books, increasing their appeal to disaffected trash as things The Man doesn’t want them to read.

Europeans tend to do things in extremes. Letting Muslims in the country en masse, then trying to regulate their religion are both bad ideas.

Mein Kampf (translated from German) = "My Struggle"
Jihad (Translated from Arabic) = "My Struggle"
We need to ban a lot more than the Koran!

That's probably why they end up engaging in genocidal attacks against such folks. At least that's been their classical response.
And still, give folks a few decades and they're back at the old immigration trick, trying to move into Europe.
It's a very dangerous place.
