What if the killer of the Newark 3 had been a White Male?
12 August 2008 | trueblackman

Posted on 08/12/2007 11:13:13 AM PDT by Trueblackman

I pose the following questions after the whitewashing of the fact that the ringleader who took part in last week's shooting was an illegal.

Freepers why was this guy let go by not one but two judges?

Why was he in this country for 16 years as illegally?

Where the hell are Jackson and Sharpton on this one, if this had fact been 4 Whites or Police Officers, the City of Newark would be bracing for riots and ever Black Leader would be in front of a mic claiming; "No justice No Peace."

If the killers had been White, reporters would been questioning President Bush on what actions will he take to conduct a federal investigation, the Democrats would put the Congressional Black Caucus out there to tear down and blame Bush and the Department of Justice for not protecting this kids from a racist police force or (Conservative)White(Republicans). The leading Republican Candidates would be questions about the case as well, while the Democrats would be looking to score brownie points.

Unlike with the Don Imus case which received 24 news coverage for 5 days, barely a peep has been said about this case. In the Imus Case at least he did not shoot 4 people and kill 3.

Finally, Where are those who called us Conservatives "racist," for opposing amnesty for illegals?

These were good kids from the right side of the tracks either in College or looking to go to College, but because of the failure of local, state and federal government, 3 will not realize that dream.

The shootings and the resulting deaths shows that the press will simply bury a story when it does not fit its template, so it will not be covered outside of a few soundbites.

If they’d been white males? Well, just consider the Duke rape fiasco, multiply it times a hundred, and you’ll get some idea.

Also, I have a feeling that in the African American community isn’t as sanguine about this as the press would like us to believe. The press is just too scared to broach the subject.

THAT would be a “hate crime” .

Another question: will this be prosecuted as a hate crime? Or, absent a white male accused, is hate not part of this event?

the usual race-pimps DO NOT DARE to run the risk of being merely objective, let alone critical when there is the slightest possibility of another racial group turning exactly their own tactics upon them......while they rule with hypocrisy, they must also be slave to it.

They're only here to do the jobs Americans won't do.

The president said so.

As a white female, living in NJ, I am genuinely angered by the murders of the three college students.

What the heck is wrong with the politicians and judges in this frickin state? The sanctuary state that they have created in their unrelenting drive for ablosute Democratic party rule will come back to bite every single NJ resident.

Disgusted in NJ...

“What if the killer of the Newark 3 had been a White Male?”

I cast another vote for “HATE CRIME”

Because as an Oklahoman that spent 1995-2005 in West Los Angeles,
I know from reading the Holy Secular Scriptures (The Los Angeles Times)...
there would be no question that this was a hate crime.

And even the LA Times Liberal Columnists would be saying (in so many
words):
“I’m viscerally opposed to the unfair death penalty. But since California
law allows for the use in repugnant crimes...this time I’m calling
for the LA DA to go for the death penalty”.

Of course the subtext is “Whitey should ALWAYS get the needle if he
kills a “person of color”; the reverse ALWAYS requires mercy, a short
sentence and commutation...
if you take the reasoning of the LA Times columnists to their
logical end

The black community is being told by their leaders that they have to embrace illegal immigrants.

Which explains why the officials in Newark are bending over backwards pointing out that this was not a bias crime.

In this case, I’m tempted to follow the liberal path and blame someone like: President Bush and Congress - mostly white men!

I won’t do it, I won’t blame them for murders someone else committed, but I’m tempted.

Freepers why was this guy let go by not one but two judges?

Judges that are liberal Democrats AND/OR appointed by Democrats.

Why was he in this country for 16 years as illegally?

Because he could be.
Thanks to the Democrats in New Jersey that vote "illegal enablers"
into office...because they vote Democrat.

Why be a criminal in a sucky country like Peru?
When you can clean up in a country like the USA?
And probably never be shot, tortured or summarily executed by
law enforcement/paramilitary groups?

To borrow from the DiTech commercial about their borrowers:
Criminals coming to the USA ARE SMART. They go where there are
low barriers to entry, corrupt infratructure (government/bidness) and
fewer downsides.

Has a white man ever executed three black men and attempted to kill a black woman?

White Male Hypothetical:
Agreed: House and Senate hearings and Circus like “Hate-Crime” Outcry. FBI - Attorney General “Hate Crime” investigations. Whole slew of Race baiting Org’s chime in n get 24/7 “Hate Crime” Media Coverage. The whole “Hate Crime” industry would go into overdrive. Just for starters.

Given that these illegal invader killers are Hispanic this story is getting buried by the mainstream media and especially ignored by Dems.

The ONLY candidate who has promised he will effectively secure our borders in 6 months!

ok......

that kook Ron Paul takes it further

Border Security and Immigration Reform The talk must stop. We must secure our borders now. A nation without secure borders is no nation at all. It makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad when our own front door is left unlocked.

This is my six point plan:

Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals. Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders and deport anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law. This is especially important when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists had expired visas.

No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in our country illegally. That’s a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.

No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants who seek opportunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads, and social services.

End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong.

Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This is insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules and waiting periods.
