Court set to review Hillary 'smoking gun' video Appeals panel will be asked to decide whether senator committed felony

A California appeals court has set oral arguments for an appeal of Sen. Hillary Clinton's dismissal from a $17 million fraud case in which her husband already is a defendant.
Along with ruling whether the New York Democrat should also be a defendant in the case, the court will be asked to decide whether she committed a felony by soliciting campaign contributions of more than $1.2 million.
As WND has reported, Peter Franklin Paulclaims in his civil fraud suit the former president destroyed his entertainment company to get out of a $17 million deal in which Clinton promised to promote the firm in exchange for stock, cash options and massive contributions to his wife's 2000 campaign.

On July 11, 2000 was a conference call between Peter, Aaron Tonken, Howard Wolfson, Jim Levin, David Rosen, and White House employee Kelly Craighead, who was the head of Hillary's advance team. On that call, agents for Hillary directly solicited Peter to pay for half of the event they estimated would cost $1,050,000. Ultimately, Cythia Gershman bailed, and Peter paid for it all. Levin, Tonken, and Craighead were not part of any joint fundraising committee. They were agents for Hillary. On July 17, the video indicates Hillary being fully briefed by Craighead, she offers help, and she says that Kelly will tell them what she needs. She acknowledged what her agent, a White House employee, had done. That direct solicitation made all $1.6 million an in-kind, hard money donation. All of it above $2,000 was illegal.
Unfortunately, when the FEC cleared her, they had no evidence of Hillary's involvement. A US Atty was sitting on this tape while official investigations were ongoing. The Senate Ethics Committee wouldn't even hold hearings because they relied on the flawed FEC determination. Neither Hillary nor Craighead were called to testify before the FEC. I have a feeling that discovery in this case is going to become very, very enlightening.

In this appellate hearing before a 3-judge panel, Kendall is making an appearance for her. I get another shot at harrassing him.
Ultimately, she will be deposed and put under oath. As she says, “I don’t recall,” she will be confronted with 5 hours of home video. Folks, her declaration of April 7, 2006 was a false declaration to the court. There are things on film that no human being would forget, particularly the smartest woman in the world.
Keeping the shrewish fishwife on track to carry the Left into the White House in '08 will make the media stay on the payroll. There will be no repercussions from this, even if Bubba is ever found guilty of something.

The trial may take a little while to get scheduled, however, we are going to start working on depositions right after the Appellate Court decision, which should take about 10 days. They will decide whether Hillary is brought back in to join her husband as a defendant. We are going to have them under oath before the primaries.
So....
Just WHEN is the Main Stream gonna pick up on this Presidential Candidate killing story? When and if this gets into the main stream media, yea, Hillary can kiss her whole campaign goodbye. It will be nothing but Hillary in court all the time.

A major TV news producer and major AP writer are seriously looking at this story. The appellate hearing is the hook necessary to show that this is news.
It also depends how the Blog Armada handles it in the TRUTH BOATING HILLARY effort. If this is on thousands of blogs, we can shame the MSM into covering it.
At least this trial will show how Slick and his wife destroyed Peter Paul and his company and how back-stabbing no-class they are.

Wow. A “fantasy”. A “sense of humor”. What a compelling legal argument. NOT So I guess her legal strategy is to just call this a joke. I wonder what the judges will think of her little joke.
Discovery and the trial is also going to show the illegal solicitation of $1.6 million by Hillary and her agents. The Bush DOJ may never prosecute, but people are going to be shown evidence of a crime. Hillary had an obligation to return the illegal donation. On two occasions, she was asked for the money back in writing. On one of those occasions, we have a FReeper on film delivering the demand to her office.
Had Peter not appealed the decision that removed her as a defendant, Bill’s trial would have begun at the end of March 2007. This is going to happen. It will not be delayed until Nov. 2008. This is going to be news, and she is going to have a lot of explaining to do.
