This story makes me ill...how anyone could treat animals in this manner is horrific.

When the League suspends Vick he will owe the Falcons $28 million of the $ 37 million signing bonus they paid him.

They also will be able to cut vick at that time, just like they could now.

As I understand it, if the Falcons cut Vick now his salary still counts against the cap. After he pleads or is found guilty, they can cut him without any salary cap implications.

That's why Blank hasn't cut him already (and why the Titans haven't cut Pacman Jones).
