A verdict was reached Thursday in the trial of Jose Padilla and two co-defendants charged with supporting al-Qaida and other violent Islamic extremist groups overseas. The jury verdict was scheduled to be read at 2 p.m. EDT before U.S. District Judge Marcia Cooke in Miami's downtown federal courthouse, according to an announcement from her chambers. The jury of seven men and five women deliberated for about a day and a half following a three-month trial.

As far as Padilla and any trial with the word jihad or jihadi in the charges, your pretty much going down regardless of the defense case. Which is good I say. People need to be on their toes if they dabble in this hateful struggle/ revolution exporting ideology.

If convicted of "ALL" three charges?

Listen folks. Being convicted of just ONE charge warrants their E~X~E~C~U~T~I~O~N. If it were up to me I'd us their Sharia Law as the authority used to stone them to death.
Anything less is a travesty and a slap in the face to all the taxpaying Americans these pigs want to kill.
