Do notice that they said that it would be harder to get Immigration to “give them a break” during 2010 than it was during 2000.
There is a lot of grassroots pressure to do something about the illegals this time around, which was NOT present during 2000.

It is unfortunate but the census' mandate is to count 'Persons'. A mass invasion without Federal intervention and protection could not have been forseen by the drafters of the Constitution as the three branches created to govern would have to violate their mandates in order for this to happen.

Somehow, I don’t think illegals want to be included in the Census. It would make more sense to have ICE do the counting. Exactly. These government bureaucrats are so dumb, it's pathetic. Any illegal with half a brain is not going to give a census taker any information.
