Current conditions require a different day to day routine in my AO. We never leave the house unarmed , nor do we leave the doors unlocked or alarm system off. Didn’t think I’d ever have to do such in America, the rural , remote regions of America that we live in. If I could afford to purchase a hardened (armored) up vehicle like a suburban, quad cab truck or landcruiser I’d do it today too protect my family when away from home.

This BS is out of hand here locally and folks are starting to call LEO’s to stop these criminal elements as we discover em. Cell phones, handgun and a panic alarm on key fob remote is just plain ole fashion sense here. We don’t let local media here present it as a “race” or “immigration” issue. It is just damn criminal invasion . One that is so illegal that they are banding together in armed gangs like MS-13 etc to provide security for each other. You stumble on em and give em a longer than passing glance your in trouble. My area here in Texas is a major underground railway / corridor for moving illegals and ICE man is all over the place and appears to be really trying to do the right thing........yet it’s like trying to herd cats ! We are infested with this criminal trash ..........pure BS level of inactivity by the federal goobermint to stop such AT THE BORDERS !

I would expect to live like this in a third world country . I have lived like this in third world countries during my career in the military. I know how to live in those places and sadly I am more and more adopting those skills here in my own country, state, county and local community. That is courtesy of the current crop of pandering polidiots and their media and money handlers bent on the destruction of our beloved republic. And reinforced by the passive inactive “oh woe is me” taxpayer /voter American.

Folks who love this country (or what it was) need to get involved in their local communities infrastructure by meeting with police, supporting them by letting them know what you see , what is happening and what efforts you support while letting them know you stand behind them in their enforcement of laws on the books . Let local polidiots know you vote their slacking asses back to the ice age if they play this sanctuary sh*t’n shineola game .

It always amazes me to find that we elect an sheriff yet we appoint a Chief of Police ?!?!?...... Kind of like a Chief has to cater to the city managers and mayors social experiments to fund their personal agendas vs uphold the laws.

Oh well my rant ........ my local problem to legally solve. If we all take care of our own little chunk of trouble then eventually it’ll ALL disappear from the country.......

Kimberly - In the past several days, I've noticed a prevailing attitude. It's one where a good many people here are willing to vote for a GOP nominee because it's the "lesser of two evils". But there is an even greater number of people like myself who are tired of turds-who-won't-flush such as Giuliani, McCain, and Romney and we are REFUSING to even consider them based on their lack of character and integrity. They're panderers and vote sellers and are just as bad as their DNC counterparts.

I've said a dozen times this week that IF the GOP nominates one of their top three contenders, then so many of us will simply pencil somebody in, or vote for Fred, Duncan, or Tom T. ANYWAY. This will decisively split us and the Presidency will go to Hillary.

I've noticed that this scares the crap out of people here and they really have no fight in their responses to me. It's as if they've resigned themselves to being "raped a little less" by the GOP nominee who's the lesser of two evils and better than Hillary....but they're still gonna get raped.

But because of people like us, they're going to get their worst fears.

Being a coward must be a terrible existence for them.

People need to drop the Unflushables and rally solidly behind Duncan Hunter. The fact that the GOP doesn't like him should tell us all something about the GOP!

IIRC, in one of his last books, he predicted there would eventually be an open war between the USA and Mexico.

I’ve read that book. “Trial By Fire” is another book that covered a fictional war with Mexico over narco-terrorism.

Well I'm a socon only interested in one issue...or so I've been told. It isn't true of course - and there are so many issues I can not support with rudi that it is laughable to claim any of us are one issue voters.

Perhaps the rudi bots are one issue voters - willing to disgard all of their real concerns because they think he can defeat hillary - one issue, winning. Then they can sit back and wonder what the hell they have done - a dem in the white house after all.
