The NAACLP is trying to preserve Democrat vote fraud. Louisiana is just trying to keep its election system honest. Apparently, that's too much for the NAACLP to bear.

Hmmmm. Lemme see. The overwhelming number of these voters are probably black. Blacks historically vote for liberals because they are the handout nanny state party. The NAACP is decidedly liberal with libtards like Andrew Young at the forefront.

Nope no vested intestests there.

MotorVoter requires them to do this and that legislation was passed after any such consent decree was made. To retain a voter who registered in another state would be a fraud enabler. plain and simple.

It seems that they know the names of the double registered voters. Will they prosecute if they vote twice?

The suit says the second plaintiff [John Doe - Jane Doe] has not voted in another state, does not intend to and never received any warning about the pending removal from Louisiana voting rolls.

A neat trick of using an off-point statement to obscure the main question. Did John & Jane Doe REGISTER TO VOTE in another state? That is the issue at hand. Whether or not they ever cast a ballot there or intend not to vote there in the future (we promise, we swear) matters not if they registered in their "temporary" location. Further, the remedy is to simply register in their home parish in Louisiana, thus cancelling their out-of-Louisiana registretion automatically as provided for in Motor Voter.

NAACP just wants to keep the DP voter fraud tradition alive in New Orleans. Next they will be requesting federal funds to bus the disenfranchised to the polls —— from the surrounding states.

This only proves how far some people will to lie and hold onto power. naacp is a bygone organization full of people who care about lining their own pockets, with other people’s money.

So they’re on the side of voter fraud. No surprise there.

The NAACP has always encouraged multiple voting. Why is this news?

"After that, they had to appear in person at their voter registrar's office with documentation that their non-Louisiana registration had been canceled. "

That right there will never fly if a panel of federal judges looks at this. Requiring these folks to appear anywhere is considered a hardship and they will scream until they can perfect their fraud by mail, which will never happen. They couldn't even figure out how to vote absentee in the last election. It is a no-win situation for fair elections in Louisiana ... but Bobby Jindal will win anyway. That is the only silver lining in this whole cloud.

Do the people running the NAACP ever think? Maybe the people registered in other States because they’re not going back. And why should they have to?

This cross checking with other states seems to have started after Florida 2000. It also shows once again that it certainly does matter who you vote for because NO WAY are they “all alike.” Before Florida flipped. Old rat voters from Forest Hills Queens double voted all the time. Hey they damn near cheated their way to victory in 2000. This is something that other GOP run states will do.
