All the same, I sure wish they could put Fred Thompson in Romney’s body!

Now there's an idea!

Seriously, though, I think his wife just makes him look really old. I like the guy -— I just hope voters can get past his image.

Just because a 60 year old guy tries to eat right and exercise does not mean he will be a good president.

Yes it does.

In fact, it is my sole criteria.

From the article: (Mormons do not consume caffeinated beverages because of religious guidelines)

The article's wrong.

I just looked this up, evidently chocolate or the occasional coke isn’t a no-no. Go to next to last paragraph of the piece.

When I lived in Vegas my LDS neighbors would only drink soda that didn’t have caffine in. We would stock Root Beer and punch for their kids when they came over. I just assumed it was all caffinated drinks. Maybe it was because their kids were Hyper as Hell!

He also said;

“You are drunk Sir Winston, you are disgustingly drunk. ‘Yes, Mrs. Braddock, I am drunk. But you, Mrs. Braddock are ugly, and disgustingly fat. But, tomorrow morning, I, Winston Churchill will be sober.”

OK, he’s a hypocrite because he eats chocolate and chocolate has has caffeine in it. Uh huh. Got it. (backing away slowly now).

I don't know a single Mormon who follows the 'no caffeine' rule when it comes to chocolate and sweet tea. They are all good at avoiding coffee (why I NEVER could become a Mormon.)

If Romney can cut into that, then the Sanctuary City Mayor is done for.

Which is better a mayor of the Sanctuary city or a Govenor who supports, Sanctuary Cities?

Mitt Romney Then: Despite his recent opposition to sanctuary cities, as Governor, Mitt Romney recommended over $324 million in state aid to Massachusetts sanctuary cities Cambridge, Orleans and Somerville. (Commonwealth Of Massachusetts Fiscal Affairs Division Website, http://www.mass.gov/bb/, Accessed 8/8/07)

I'm kind of curious, as we know how the press twists things, was this 'aid' specifically because the city was a sanctuary city and related to that or is this your general aid that State government provide cities and has nothing to do with its sanctuary city status?

You can file this bit next the shirtless pic of Vladimir Putin holding his fishing rod at crotch level. It’s clear now why Larry Craig supported him. This ad is too gay.
And he’s met challenges? Like what, deciding where to spend his billions? Which hair gel to use? Please, let’s NOT nominate this guy, it’ll be Dole/Kemp redux

All in all, it’s pretty sad that we have to sink to the level of criticizing Romney for eating chocolate. As if we all don’t live in glass houses in some way, shape or form.

That is a great ad.

The only problem is we all already know of McCain’s courageous service to our country in Vietnam and have factored it in to our decision making process.
