Simple. Sell it to some Madison Avenue people for 3 times its worth and make it “gourmet”. That way, nobody will be complaining anymore. Hell, the most popular drink amongst yuppies is cold tea with tapioca on the bottom.

Physician, first heal thine "it's" ("its") and "Genesis" ("genesis"). :-)
Aye, 'tis bitter medicine, indeed. :-)
But seriesly....is the "loose" "lose" thing something I missed?

China, for it's part, dismisses the reports and defends the quality of its exports. Reuters is a joke.

Ate some chocolate turtles that were being (also) eaten by some maggots, once.
Though that was because the maggots were not initially seen and the candy was old.

Also, he used manufactoring instead of manufacturing.
Is the source from an Anglophone country?

The FDA doesn’t check American food either. They may inspect each plant once or twice a year.

Everybody is missing the point:
Notice this: “On Wednesday (August 29).. worms and moths crawled out of a box of chocolates imitating a popular international brand, and even a few larvae...”
The Chinese were COPYING the trademark and IMITATING the style of an REAL box of chocolates. Again. er
Sure, they were contaminated, but that only the second half of the crime.

Reuters must be hiring people from
The Guardian.
They're notorious for that type of stuff.

"It seems to be seriously contaminated during the manufacturing process since the larvae of Plodia Interpun were found," These chicoms sure have a setae reputation!
To: neverdem
I’ve seen something similar in one of those tiny reese’s peanut butter cups.
I use to just pop those things right in my mouth without looking. Ugh...

As Charlie Chan would say to No. 1 son, Worm have to eat, too.
Now, that's pretty damn funny!!

Ferrero Rocher should take steps to protect the integrity of their products and their international trademarks.
Except they would spend millions on legal fees and never have any satisfaction from the Chicoms. The factory will lead back to the Party or military.
I really do not have much of a problem with Chinese overall, many seem to play by the rules.
But any people group touched by communism are corrupted. Communism always seems to bring out the very worst in mankind.
