According to the language of his guilty plea, Senator Craig voluntarily admitted to “engag[ing] in conduct which I knew or should have known tended to arouse alarm or resentment of others, which conduct was physical (versus veral) in nature.”
Significantly, Craig acknowledged that he was not claiming that he was “innocent of the charge to which I am entering a plea of guilty,” and that he "knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently g[a]ve up” certain constitutional rights by choosing to plead guilty.
A lawyer signed it. Craig is merely having second thoughts now it's out in the public. He's a disgrace. If he was innocent, he should have fought it then and not pleaded guilty.
Sorry, but I am not going to blame our law enforcement people on the actions of this pervert.

A misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct is not an admittance of homosexual activity.
I do agree with you that he exhibited poor judgment in not requesting representation immediately, but even if innocent, I can understand why he might not have.

Do you know what else he said to the cop? "You solicited me." As in "entrapment" as in he reciprocated. In fact, Craig even tells the cop he entrapped him. Same as in entrapping prostitutes, drug dealers etc.

I back the blue, I am sure you do too. The cop didn’t know this guy was a Senator, it was a sting to catch perverts doing gross, unnatural things in a public restroom and Craig just happened to be the lucky guy.
I support and believe our police officers. (I really, kinda think you do to.)
