Any NRA member who aids Guiliani into getting into the White House (not that he’d be able to beat Clinton, but that’s another story) has no standing to complain about what will happen to gun rights.

I honestly bear no hatred for Giuliani. I think he’s a decent guy over all and I think, despite the complaints of some UNIONS, that he did a great job on 9/11.

Having said that I don’t think he is right for the GOP. On top of that sucking up to the NRA is a day late and a dollar short. His 2nd Amendment record is all they are going to look at. Rudy is wasting his time.

Load of crap Barf Alert:

every time he goes on Hannity trying to distance himself from his gun grabbing ways, he sticks his foot in his mouth.

He might as well be Bloomberg or Schumer, he has proven himself again and again

Whew boy, I wish I had the rotten tomato concession.

In any case he still doesn't 'get it' even when lying through his teeth.

He now says he supports the Second Amendment and believes gun laws should be addressed by the states

Yo Rooty, there's that thngy called the "Supremacy Clause" and that means the 2nd Amendment is what it is for all 50 States (and territories). Not what some putz in Albany, Sacramento, Springfield, IL - or even some asshat mayor of New York City (hint, hint) - says it is.

Rooty is such an ignoramus on the Constitution Reagan must have picked him for US Attorney during one of his naps and when he awoke said, "I did what?!?!?"

I heard Rudy speak on this topic in the past and recently. He came out sounding in favor of gun ownership. Sure enough eventually there was the "but . . ."

I support a politician changing his position. I have changed several of my views. However, in Rudy's case I do not believe him on this issue.

I’m fairly certain I’d get tossed for saying what I think of this, but it rhymes with “coarse fit”.

While I don’t believe it for a minute, I’ll take it as a sign for now that pro-RKBA is the dominant position, or is becoming the dominant position.

As they say, hypocrisy is the tribute that vice pays to virture.

I've theorized before that every politician should be required to run for President -- it seems to have a magical power to make almost all of them more conservative, at least temporarily.

Amazing what a desperate hunger for power can do to a man.

Rooty now says “he supports the Second Amendment and believes gun laws should be addressed by the states.”

Wrong again, Turdiani.

Dumbo forgot the “Supremacy Clause” means the hallowed 2nd Amendment is for all 50 States (and territories). Not what a power-monger ex-NYC RINO mayor says it is.

Prove it, Rudy.

Say “I was wrong to disarm law-abiding citizens in New York and to initiate harassing law-suits again gun manufacturers.”
