Here is video of Fred's ENTIRE speech to the National Rifle Association today. The speech is preceded by part of an introductory video about Fred's life. The intro video is about 2 minutes, and the total time including the speech is around 17 minutes. Fred has a very memorable line about Bill Clinton in the speech. . . . .

These videos are great except for the 40% of the population stuck with dial-up.
We need transcripts of this stuff.

Get a wireless card and for about $60 a month you can go broadband wireless with several carriers. What’s dial-up costing these days, around $25-30 still?

Fred’s position on guns is right on. Of all the candidates, I appreciate his position the most. There, I said it.

Great words. Though obviously early, I think he is the guy right now.
Frankly, I am so disgusted with Bush (R) lately and all of congress (previously R!) I am having doubts that the Republican party can nominate a conservative guy like Fred.

Dial-up is $18.
There is no broadband, high-speed, cable, no nothing like that in my area.
Freaking cell phones don’t even work most of the time!

Love Fred, but why is he constantly clearing his throat?
Just asking.
Not that I'd expect you'd know. ;-D

Love Fred, but why is he constantly clearing his throat? Post nasal drip is my guess.

If the Republicans end up nominating a RINO like Rudy, I’m registering as an independent and never ever sending the RNC another dime.

He said the right things, and he gave a pretty good speech. His support of the Lautenberg gun ban doesn't quite square with his comment at the end about not letting the liberals pick some small point and drive a wedge into the Second Amendment. Overall, he did well with this speech, but I'm not sure that he's going to change that many votes at this point. He will get a great deal of support from NRA members, but I think he was getting most of that support already.

He’s always done it. If you watch his speeches going back 20 years or more, it’s always the same. It may be a nervous habit, or perhaps he just has more phlegm than the rest of us...who knows. :)

He said he will meet President Bush’s level of support for the second amendment.
