Did I miss the part about FRed raising over 8 mil since he declared?

Dear papasmurf,

I’m under the impression that the $8.5 million or so covers the entire quarter, but that about $5 million or so of that amount was raised in the three weeks in the quarter that he declared. Which is a run rate of about $20 million on a quarterly basis.
