“I’m sure the Fred heads will call O’Reilly a commie symp cross dressing Rudy butt boy.”

If you go to O’Reilly for conservative politics, you may not be as conservative as you think.

Now if this was Iran, you would really have a story. But it isn’t and your post isn’t relevant.

" If you could take the best part of Fred, Rudy, and Mitt, and put them into one package, you would have a great candidate."

I admire your optimism and wish I shared your view. If we could indeed, fuse the three together; We still wouldn't have a candidate that had ever done any thing to secure our border nor a candidate who had ever fought in a war or knew anything about one.

We wouldn't have a strong voice against China and their cheating on trade and selling poison to our children as US manufacturing jobs fly overseas. We still wouldn't have a tried and true, consistent and passionate, advocate for life and against abortion. The Life at Conception Act springs to mind in that regard or perhaps this: 'Any Judge seeking a position on the SCOTUS who can look at a sonogram and not see a human being, I won't nominate'---Duncan Hunter

So, the three combined that's what would still be lacking. Yet, with just one candidate (Duncan Hunter), you can have it all.

Yes, best I can gather, he is also "married" and adopted three kids.

Eerie... huh...

I get the feeling that, for now, Thompson helps himself more with one-on-ones with delegates who will help determine his fate in the primaries than with the Washington media asking him how he feels about Rush Limbaugh and James Dobson while they try to play “gotcha” games with him. If he had to do one or the other, this was the smart call.

For now, I’d take him at his word that he ran behind schedule and felt shaking hands with delegates helped his campaign more than playing word games with the media. There will be plenty of time for the press to give their anal exam in the coming months.

And exactly wheb has Hillary made herself available to the press to answer questions? Where is the article about her not speaking at a press conference to aswer unscripted questions.

I know what you mean, elections used to be so easy.

We were always meeting your criteria, it was heavenly.

Life, and politicians were ideal then.

Anything, and I mean anything, that comes from the slimes about Fred is suspect.
You're only partially correct.

This is the full truth:

Anything, and I mean anything, that comes from the slimes, about anything, is suspect.

No need for the poor attempts at sarcasm. If you don’t share nor your candidate meet, my criterion, just say so. :)

I hate sarcasm, I’m always irritated when I do it.(or other people, do it)

Sorry, I guess I was trying to say that you know it doesn’t work that way.

Picking a candidate this election is going to be as difficult as it always is.

The press secretary’s bio says he used to work for Rick Santorum too. Interesting. According to the elitist left, Rick was some kind of right wing homophobe. I guess maybe he was more tolerant than he was given credit for.

I got an idea, why don’t you go over with the evangelicals and the Ron Paul contingent and make sure that the democrats win the White House in ‘08. On your way out the door, why don’t you let us know how you and all of those others have achieved such a state of perfection. Also while you’re at it, plan to push your frigging nose up against the glass while you watch the democrats totally trash the country for eight years. Bush has made mistakes, and yeah, none of the Republican candidates (except perhaps Ron Paul </sarcasm>) is perfect, but its gonna be a hell of a lot less perfect when your buddies on the left are in charge.

Does this subtract out the money Romney gave to his own campaign??? I doubt it.

If you read posts 31 and 32, you will see that sarcasm is frowned on.

Give a shot at repeating it with less sarcasm.

Poor Willard: $500,000 on hand, unless you count his "personal investment."

LOL   Throwing Rush Limbaugh under the bus is really paying off!

Do you enjoy playing “spot the queer?” Is this a personal hobby? Do you practice in local bars and nightspots?

Do you have a wide stance?

As far as grassroots for Thompson, I cannot get enthused about him until I see him in a debate or some other intense forum and hear his responses. Not seeing him out there is uninspiring and gives me pause. He will have to reel me in whenever he decides to take it up a notch. But I must say, the more time that lapses, the less confident I am he can do it.
