When it came to our stuff, the Clintons sold it to them and took a hefty kickback for themselves and the DNC.

I prefer to draw my conclusions from economic data, not the lawn & garden aisle at Wal-Mart. I prefer to take a healthy dose of reality with my government supplied statistics.
Are these the same data that has hamburger making as manufacturing?
To: Renfield
Considering how much American technology that the ChiComs have either stolen, bought, or otherwise acquired courtesy of Slick Clinton, the Russians have absolutely no reason to be surprised that the Red Chinese are stealing and reverse engineering their technology too. That’s what happens when you lie down with flea ridden dogs.

The Soviets were good a copying US technology. The Chinese are returning the favor. Of course, the Chinese with the help of Slick picked up much of our rocket and nuke technology.

Are these the same data that has hamburger making as manufacturing? That's what is so funny. I rely on data, and you make it up.

The Chinese are the Borg. Microsoft looks like a rank amateur by comparison.

I rely on data, and you make it up. You should know me better than that. Source

How embarrassing for you. Since I know that your claim is false, it only took me ten seconds to find this at
your source.
The report does not recommend that burger-flippers be counted alongside factory workers.

Ture, but the report asks
"When a fast-food restaurant sells a hamburger, for example, is it providing a 'service' or is it combining inputs to 'manufacture' a product?" Clearly in an attempt to cast as wide a net as possible in what is considered a manufacturing activity. Thus I question this particular set of statistics.
As an aside, do you generally accept everything the government tells you without question?
To: Last Dakotan
No, in fact, I am well aware of this report . . . and even have a copy of it sitting at home. That's why I don't like to see it mischaracterized. The Kerry campaign tried to do it in '04.
