Even the Washington Post has documented how feminist crime lab technicians doctor evidence to frame men they know to be innocent.

If this is true, these "technicians" need to be sentenced to the maximum term that the men they framed would have served, with NO possibility of early release.

Yep. DNA is not fool-proof either if lab techs decide to doctor evidence to make an innocent person look guilty. There are no safeguards to counter a malicious prosecutor or prevent corrupt techs from presenting contrived evidence in a court of law. We tend to believe the guardians of justice are impartial and have clean hands. The outcome of the DukeLax case has taught Americans they are as partial, venal and dirty as the other players in the system.

This is where “social” justice has led us. Decades of pursuing this illusory, subjective, and politically defined “justice” have left Americans so incapable of distinguishing guilt from innocence that we are now inured to the most open injustice.

The "feminist Rule" is so insidious and used with little discretion by poorly taught judges who rule from the bench as to have left the “Rule of Law” MIA – the perfect example is that Ms. Clinton a not very good Senator is now running for the POTUS, not working as the senator she was elected to be, she can evade hard questions and dodge issues that don’t please her and never answer to the crimes she has committed or been charged; such is her power from the dumbed down justice in the US.….and such are the times we live in. Heaven Help Us.

Sometime back an article was posted about a Duke prof that was a white lesbian who lived in a lesbian community because she didn’t want to be around oppressive males. She later was forced to see herself as the oppressor because lesbian blacks were also in the community. The article was about her dilemma.

Does anyone remember this post (and how I could find it)?

When evidence and equality before the law are discarded, all there is left is arbitrary power by whichever faction has influence at a given time.

Once that is established, those who ushered it in for “good” reasons will be replaced by those who wield such power for blatantly evil intentions.

Throughout history, it’s a common pattern when Utopianism is put into practice; the idealists establish factional arbitrary power, then a band of thugs kick them out and take over. Then the bloodbath begins.

Mostly about the Duke case but Michigan’s gets a long paragraph. Your call on whether it is MIping worthy, of course.

Writers like William Anderson and Dorothy Rabinowitz have pointed out the parallel between the Duke case and earlier child abuse hysteria, where feminist prosecutors whipped up public invective against parents they knew to be innocent.

We need to re-open many of those cases.

The worst thing that has ever happened to this country has been the rise of militant hate-filled feminism.

"One judge was caught actually instructing his colleagues to violate the constitutional rights of male defendants: “Your job is not to become concerned about the constitutional rights of the man that you’re violating,” municipal court judge Richard Russell stated at a training seminar recorded by the New Jersey Law Journal: “Throw him out on the street.... They have declared domestic violence to be an evil in our society. So we don’t have to worry about the rights.”

This is as chilling as anything else in the article. Here is a judge who could care less about his oath and takes the view that the evidence doesn't matter, the constitution doesn't matter, just throw the guy out on the street.

Sometimes, in the military, a series of events occurs and the military does a "stand down" so that the events can be studied and improvements can be made. Too bad there can't a "stand down" order on all these phony domestic violence cases to give the judges notice to make sure that truth is the goal, not punishing innocent people for the sake of feminist ideology.

Stephen Baskerville is certainly right about this. But it's not merely "feminism". The entire Western Left is corrupt. Its idealogy is based on mendacity, and this is the single greatest threat to Western Civilization and to the entire world.

The "new morality" of the Left is nothing more than immorality. Claims of "social justice" or "higher justice" are nothing more than camouflage for injustice.

The Left itself is nothing more than decadence, the sickness that destroys civilizations and has since history began.

Mendacity underlies it all.

The Duke lacrosse case ripped the camouflage from the mendacity of the Left and revealed for everyone to see its injustice, corruption, delusions, pretensions, false assumptions, cruelty, and contempt for truth. This is the Left. This is the decadence. This is what it is.

Unfortunately, millions of people lack the clarity, wisdom, and/or intelligence to see the Left and its allegations for what they are--and, of utmost importance, to see the mendacity that is their foundation and the basis of everything that they allege.

In simpler words, as Rush Limbaugh has observed, Leftists cannot be honest about what they believe or their intentions. This is because the entire Left is based on untruth and deception.

The revelation of the truth, as in the Duke lacrosse case, exposes the Left for exactly what it is.

It is truth--the light of truth cast on falsehood--that the Left fears most--and for very good reason.
