LOL yourself! Hillary never looked that ‘bony’ - unless these are hired ‘fund-raisers’. Heh!

““Military victory” is capture or neutralization of the enemies command and control.”

No argument from me. however, you might whisper this into the commander-in-chief’s ear, because he needs to hear it.

from his speech on Iraq:

“Victory will not look like the ones our fathers and grandfathers achieved. There will be no surrender ceremony on the deck of a battleship. But victory in Iraq will bring something new in the Arab world — a functioning democracy that polices its territory, upholds the rule of law, respects fundamental human liberties, and answers to its people.”

Frankly, I like your definition better.

Sounds like the Library of Congress.

Political opposition is not, nor is it even close to treason, to assign such a label to political opponents is demagoguery in it’s purest form.

Political opposition to how a war is being fought does not, in and of itself, constitute treason. On the other hand, I would think that spreading vicious lies about our troops, in such fashion as to give aid and comfort to the enemy, constitutes treason even if it's done in the name of "political opposition".

I actually have some measure of respect for the politicians who have been consistent in their opposition to the war. My complaint is with politicians who realized, after they initially supported the war, that winning the war would damage their political allies, and tried to protect their political allies by putting themselves in a situation where winning the war would damage them.

The Constitution was written centuries ago, probably before the phrase "conflict of interest" entered the lexicon. Nonetheless, I doubt they would approve of Senators who have a strong vested interest in this country's losing a war.

Iraq can and should be debated openly amongst Americans. It’s prosecution or non-prosecution is a reasonable subject of discussion.

There are indeed some reasonable questions for debate. On the other hand, spreading vicious libel and slander against U.S. troops does nothing to further legitimate debate but aid and comfort enemies.

You don't get it do you? No, I don't agree with you. It would be a legal act, if their was an open season. It is not a legal act to strap a bomb on ones keyster and then take the lives of those who are standing around you. You can't see the difference?

If you could get civil debate from the commies on the left, a debate without a political agenda, I would concur. But you can not get that from these people.

They cross lines and I got the right to call them on it.

Why don’t you answer that for me?

I told you it was humor and you apparently don’t wish to accept this. Only only wish to continue to badger me.

What about the comic strip? It is humor.

You need to get over it.

To all

Look on 9/11/01 the country was attacked by international terrorist organization(which has “influence” and cells through the world) called Al-Quaida ran by UBL (They admitted they did the attack!) that was joined at the hip with an Islamo-Fascist sovereign nation-state called Afghanistan. The Islamo-Fascist organization is called the Taliban. The head of this Islamo-Fascist organization and former head of this nation state is Mullah Omar (HVT3).
Ok why am I being Captain Obvious?
Simple this happened and there was no real US Constitutional Official Declaration of War !!!!!!!!!!
Such a declaration defines both by US constitutional law and by traditional international law the relationship between the belligerent nations. It defines the obligations of US citizens. It truly defines who is with us and who is against us and who is neutral and such a document can define what neutrality actually means!
In short Bush could have had a saber instead he reached for a putty knife.
That is why he is at 36% and we lost control of both Houses and maybe we will lose much more.
You don’t go to war half way ! Bush didn’t even choose half maybe a quarter or an eighth of the way !

Yes, it’s getting very hard now, in spite of folders, etc.

I just spent most of the day organizing and weeding things out. Deleting things I will probably want next week, lol.

Quite a few are family pictures in folders and ones my son took when he traveled all over the world. Many are even little cutouts of arms, legs, etc.
