Jindal isn't quite the perfect GOP candidate. But this year, who is?

OTOH, he can hardly be the disaster that Blanco/Nagin/Katrina were. If that wasn't a wakeup call to the voters, even party machine Dim voters, I don't know what would be.

This is also an important capture of a governor's mansion for the party. Our losses in governorships in 2006 was pretty bad. This gives us some hope for 2008.
