Giuliani’s erratic behavior, and irrational mindset, is deeply troubling to voters.
Astute observers of Giuliani in action see an irrational, off-balanced individual with a shady past who takes a position one day, then conveniently repudiates it the next.
An individual who has many dark secrets.
The incident involving Giuliani’s wife in the Cabinet was off-the wall; calculatedly setting up Bwawa Walters to make the announcement on national TV——then avowedly rejecting the idea in the staged Hannity interview.
Is Giuliani under a doctor’s care? Is he taking behavior modification medication?
An individual as troubled as Giuliani would be a liability among the civilian population.
Giuliani’s irrationality imposed on the US government would be a disaster.

A major Repub debacle looms with Rooty as the party's standard-bearer. Tooty and his Rooters are religiously cleansing the Repub party, gleefully dumping so/cons off the party flotilla. The Rooty Tooters will be more aggressive now that Values Voters told Rooty to get lost. Either the party respects its conservative base and dumps Rooty, or Repub will taste again the bitter defeat of Nov 2006. These are the conditions that MUST be met if Repubs expect to get conservative votes:
(1) Rudy Guiliani withdraws from the 2008 race at once.
(2) Rudy Giuliani resigns from the Republican Party.

In a slap at Rudy Giuliani's political dream, Forbes magazine says his consulting firm is entangled in petty penny stock deals and unseemly projects that might wreck his ambitions.
Giuliani Partners has accepted fees from over-the-counter penny stocks, made alliances that have gone nowhere and formed pacts with businesses and individuals that have come under scrutiny by regulators and law enforcement officers, says the new issue on newsstands today.
Forbes cited a number of deals that "show the sort of carelessness that suggests either poor judgement or inattention." It cited the firm's foray into Lighting Science Group. Giuliani's banking arm took a warrant for 1.6 million shares at 60 cents, a fee of $150,000 and a promise to raise cash. The firm went bankrupt. It's lost $412,000 on sales of $137,000 in its last six months.
Another failed Giuliani venture is CamelBak, a maker of a hands-free canteens for Marines in Iraq. It started out under Giuliani's consulting arrangement with $31 million in sales, but got run into the ground with various missteps, including having the disgraced Bernie Kerik sit on its board.
Forbes said Giuliani's most controversial deal was throwing in with a 2004 project with Applied DNA Sciences, which promised to outsmart counterfeiters by inserting bits of DNA from plants into cosmetics and pills to prevent bootleg versions. Its head, Richard Langley Jr., however, had a shady past, having pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and commercial bribery in another penny stock scam.
