Culture Shock on Capitol Hill: House to Work 5 Days a Week
I proposed a $100,000 tax on ALL politicians above local level to my state representative. Never answered, but three days after I ‘respectfully’submitted my suggestion, I was summoned to Philadelphia for jury duty. Co-inky-dink? I think not.
Now that's a terrific idea!!! There's no reason why they can't telecommute and teleconference. Their votes can be done online. We give them an office in their home districts, they get a fast and reliable connection to DC. They can open all the old capital building to tourists, maybe even turning the offices into a bed and breakfast.
If they were to get paid for what they do, their pay would be less that a dollar an hour.
They are the most overpaid thieves, liers and arrogant people I have ever seen.
If there is a more worthless bunch of lazy people I would like to know who they are.
Like the French, except some of them see gonads when they 69.
I didn’t know Congress worked at all. They haven’t passed a single appropriation bill and they want them to work LESS?
Well, fine by me, the less those loons screw up our country, the better.
