The chart is, as you noticed, not complete in the pdf-file. Cerium has 58 protons and Gold has 79. They have no space for the gold bars as they are in the Fort Knox Bullion Depository. ;-)

The findings could help astrophysicists understand occasional X-ray emissions from neutron stars that are growing in mass.
While revisiting, realized it could be an X-Planets topic because of the above snip.

According to Baumann, most theories had predicted that aluminum-42 wouldn't exist. I love it when scientists' theories get smashed!
