It's a lengthy "hate Sanger" article. It shows mostly legislative flagellation with little effect. Her legacy is the equal opportunity abortion network we know as Planned Parenthood. I don't see any credible evidence that it targets any particular racial group. There is no overt coercion to patronize Planned Parenthood facilities. LBJ's "Great Society" more than countered any consequences of Sanger's efforts by raising almost 5 generations on welfare. The massive amount of taxpayer money poured on foreign countries also more than counters anything Sanger thought she might accomplish.
