Well, I was trying to make southern Argentina work, and the path does go over that area.

To be honest, I'm very disappointed with the Freepers tonight. I have half a mind to take this picture over to DU and see what those bozos can come up with.

On second thought, I'm satisfied with Argentina.

great pictures.

Can anyone tell me what camera took it at what ISO and F-stop? Those are fantastic images. That camera has to be stopped up there to get that kind of constant focus level.

Pic 2 appears to be the coast of Texas. The Mississippi River runs down to New Orleans in the picture also.

Sure 'nuff... you can actually see the river's silt plume entering the Gulf.

What up with all the Canaduh crap? Can’t remember them launching a space shuttle?

Some Canadian company made those cargo manipulator arms under contract to NASA. They have said "Canada" since back in the 1980s.

You mean, all those years I lived in Texas, and nobody ever told me about those Louisiana mountain ranges?

Plus, that ain't what SE LA looks like.

This is driving me bonkers. We are looking at at least four large rivers, the farthest “up” one has significant tributaries.

I see no cities or other developed areas?????

Where in the hell is it?

The eye of that tropical storm looks like it has a demonic dog crawling out of it.

It's a UFO. That was established back in post #25.

Those are fantastic!
Thank you for sharing.

It's good to see that with leaps in digital imaging technology, NASA is keeping pace.

I assume all these images are mucho-megapixels digital...
