John Kerry said Monday there might be a next time for his presidential aspirations, and if there is, the 63-year-old U.S. senator from Massachusetts says hell be ready for the political torpedoes that helped sink his 2004 White House bid. Kerry, whose service as a U.S. Navy Swift boat skipper during the Vietnam War came under attack in his race against President Bush, said he has compiled a dossier on his war record critics that he wishes he had as the Democratic presidential nominee.

`We have put together a documented portfolio that frankly puts their lies in such a total light of absurdity and indecency, that should they ever rear their ugly heads again, we have every single t crossed and i dotted, and I welcome that in a sense,'' Kerry said following a morning address to the South Shore Chamber fo Commerce. ``Its a shame we werent able to produce all that at the time.''

Sign the document that releases your service records to the public like you said you would, Sen. Kerry.
That would go a long way toward settling the issue.
To: johnny7
If any Democrat had any stones to run against him,his Senate seat would be up for grabs.Sadly no one will.

I can see Kerry as a doddering 85-year-old, still promising to release his war record “soon.”

Funny, I don’t see anyplace where this worthless “reporter” demanded to know why Jon Cary STILL has not signed the SF-180 and STILL has not “released all the records”.... amazing how spineless libs can still lap this stuff up and regurgitate it all at us without gagging on their own lies.

John Kerry can do all the opposition research he wants on the Swift Boat Veterans For Truth, but he cannot erase his disgusting, shameful and perjured testimony before the House in 1971.

He thinks we voted against him because of what the swift boat vets said he did in Vietnam. In a way, yes, but only as a side issue. The main issue was what he did when he came BACK from Vietnam, his declaring American soldiers war criminals. The swift vets didn’t make that (or any other) stuff up. It’s all there, a matter of public record, waiting for him the next time he “reports for dooty”.
And, by the way, JFn, you CONTINUE to label American soldiers war criminals.
So sure, report for dooty again. We’ll all be waiting for you. We’re all ready, willing and able to shoot you down again.

If Kerry had any stones he would have run again for '08, but he's a total coward and didn't want to go head-to-head against the Clinton smear machine.
There isn't going to be any next time, he already had his chance and lost. He's only getting older and uglier, and all the Botox in the world can't stop that.

There won’t be a “next” time for John Kerry, thank God. But if there were such a disaster to happen, would he be ready for the “next time” that matters: when Arab or Muslim terrorists again attempt to strike a crippling blow to the United States?
Somehow, I doubt it.

....be ready for the political torpedoes that helped sink his 2004 White House bid..... Funny that the article doesn't mention that Kerry fired the first torpedo himself. He published Tour of Duty, praising his own service while peeing all over the service of his fellow Swiftees. And, he was lying.

Kerry is truly mentally ill. If he were to have followed through on what he said was true there would have been 250,000 charges of murder against Viet Nam vets. There would have been 250,000 charges of war crimes against all Viet Nam vets. It is the other way around Mr Kerry you are the war criminal and you are the liar. I can back up this statement because I did not kill anyone Mr Kerry. Didn’t your crew kill a sleeping 13 year old girl?
