Fred is real,...

Apparently. He thinks he's a regular guy and doesn't have to do much to win.

If that’s your educated opinion, you need to get a refund for that.

FRed’s workin’ his butt off, and he’s meetin’ and greetin’.

If YOU don’t care for his campaign style, don’t vote for him.

I like it. I’d like to see more like it. Except we won’t. ALL of the other candidates aren’t comfortable in their own skin, let alone on the loose in a crowd without first having spent millions to “prepare” the ground.

“Why don’t you think before you support pro-choice candidates “

That’s crazy talk...

Thompson Accuses Romney Of Trying To "Buy South Carolina"

I wanted to buy South Carolina once, but then I looked at my finances and realized I couldn't quite afford it..... I made offers for Delaware and Rhode Island, thinking I could get them cheap but, alas, even the smallest states were a bit beyond my means......

**I realize that Fred is probably leading in South Carolina**

He’s not. His lead is gone. SC is a statistical three way tie.

I said Romney supported campaign finace reform, which he did. In 2002 Romney supported public funding of campaigns and taxing campaign contributions. During his failed bid for the senate, Romney proposed outlawing PACs. It seems disingenuous to me to slam Thompson on the issue with no disclosure or acknowledgement of Romney’s past positions.

Here’s Romney on video:

And it’s also true that Romney was a member of a Soros-funded group, the Main Street Republicans.

And regardless of all our disagreements, Ann Romney is still gorgeous.

He is criticizing someone for spending his own money and you applaud him. What a ridiculous endorsement. I am thrilled that he is not using the government to pay for his campaign. If Fred gets into the game, has he promised not to take public assistance?????

Fred should pass some campaign finance laws to stop this sort of thing.

Yes let’s just add more government rules. Well does not surprise me that you would say that since Thompson is an an original author of McCain Feingold Campaign Finance. Is that the reason you support him?????

They look like brothers. I didn’t realize Mitt was that old. Is that his daughter with him?

I haven’t seen either of those programs yet I still support the man.
I like Mitt’s campaign rhetoric but some of his governing leavesme worried...something about a paper headline refering to him ‘running to the left of the swimmer’ up there in MASS has me concerned about Fee-Fee.

Right.

Governor Romney received his B.A., with Highest Honors from Brigham Young University in 1971 (graduating class valedictorian). In 1975, he was awarded an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar, and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

The top academic honor at Harvard Business School is the Baker Scholar designation (High Distinction), given to the top 5% of the graduating MBA class. Mitt Romney studied under a dual MBA/JD degree program at Harvard and graduated with honors in four years with both degrees. The MBA degree and JD degree program at Harvard normally require two and three years, respectively (five years total taken consecutively). Out of Mitt Romney's 800 business school classmates and 550 law school classmates, only 15 earned degrees through the dual program.

Just your average used car salesman. Without a doubt.

I think I have a special affinity for her because my mom has MS. It takes a lot of strength and grace to deal with it, and both my mom and Ann make it look effortless and aren’t about to let it slow them down one bit.

“The governor of Massachusetts has now apparently put in $20 million of his personal fortune, and spent a good chunk of it in South Carolina.

Hey, spending money gets it into circulation and that helps the economy. Spend Mitt; spend.

I like Fred, but not working very hard in a campaign is a bad habit to get into. It may not work very well in the general election.

I've had it with Fred. He doesn't really want it so he needs to get out so that the serious candidates can settle it.

After an endless summer tease ("A brilliant strategy...be ~very~ afraid," screams the Fredhead chorus), Fred finally hits the ground shuffling. Now he seems more worried about his TV-watching schedule (NFL and CMA) then about campaigning.

I am completely sick of Gramps and his lazy style. Open your minds to reality, Fredheads. Fred is a dud.
