In NY State, I believe, first degree murder is specifically when law enforcement personnel are the victims.

Kuby, in case anybody doesn't know, is the radical lawyer who INVENTED the "black rage defense."

Kuby, along with his mentor William Kunstler planned to use this defense for Colin Ferguson, the Caribbean immigrant who murdered several innocent white commuters the Long Island Railroad.

The "black rage defense" didn't get a work-out since Ferguson fired Kuby and Kunstler and finished the trial pro se, without using that defense (he claimed he was not the shooter).

Btw, Kuby should have plenty of free time now that he's been fired as a talk show host from WABCradio.

The "killed with a Pilates stick" reminds me of some old Christine Lavin lyrics, from "Cold Pizza for Breakfast,"

You are right. I didn’t pay any attention to what happened in Jena. The race baiters got there and the lame stream media made a big thing out of it to boot. I figured out that what I was seeing was probably propaganda so I didn’t watch any of the coverage.

I doubt it. If I were a juror, I'd wonder why she didn't just quit. Most people who are subjected to racial insults don't respond with murder.
