,b>”If she said “nappy headed” or used the “N” word, well she deserved to die...../sarc.”</b>

Though it has long been against the law to physically attack someone over ‘words’, for the past 20 years the Liberal Media has done everything in their power to make black and society in general feel that blacks are justified in the use of violence in response to a ‘racial slur’ IF used by whites.

The end result is the outcome in this story.

Rev. Al will have a ball with this case.

Kudos to NYPD for solving the case so quickly.

Typical "blame the victim" defense.

Here's what Natavia did to her 62-year-old victim:

A Manhattan personal assistant has told investigators that she bludgeoned her boss, the well-connected real estate agent Linda Stein, in the woman’s opulent Fifth Avenue apartment because Ms. Stein swore at her, waved a stick at her and blew marijuana smoke into her face, the police said today.

The assistant, Natavia Lowery, 26, of Brooklyn, was arrested this morning. At an afternoon news conference, Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly said Ms. Lowery had told the police that she struck Ms. Stein six or seven times on Oct. 30 with a four-pound exercise stick.

One of the many reasons that I don’t have personal assistants.

(Another of the reasons is that I don’t have the money.)

During interrogations, Ms. Lowery, an African American, told investigators she had become enraged that Stein had made a racist comment toward her

I'll believe this if a polygraph examiner certifies that she is saying it without deception.

Why would a supposedly smart gal like Ms. Stein hire a crook as personal assistant? Someone who has stolen personal info in order to commit credit card fraud cannot be trusted.

Interesting. Where did you get that info?

I was watching a cable news outlet where the anchor asked the reporter if people who were acquainted with Ms Stein found her to be a nice person. It was absolutely hilarious. The reporter went around the block three times to avoid answering the question- saying things like, “They said she was a hard worker”. Apparently Ms. stein is not exactly lovable. Sadly, it appears Stein decided to hire a personal assistant on the cheap.

With this defense there's not a jury in NYC,Westchester County or Nassau County that will convict her. You've gotta give her and/or her lawyer credit, though. This is a brilliant defense strategy in New York.

"A racist remark is not grounds for murder in my book."

It's from "The Public Defender's Handbook", first chapter entitled "When your minority client jacks up Whitey".

I doubt it. If I were a juror, I'd wonder why she didn't just quit.

That's because you're a rational person who would look at the facts dispassionately.

All you need on that jury for a mistrial is one black person who has ever felt like resorting to violence in the face of perceived racism, and lets that emotional memory overcome their rational analysis of the situation.

Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

I'm sure Ms. Stein was a difficult person, especially to work for, but if everyone in this world decided to off their ass-hat bosses, there'd be no one left. There is no excuse for what Lowery did, none, and I find the excuses rather disgusting on several levels.

You only think it's an "open and shut case". They had 60 ~ COUNT 'EM , 1, 2, 3, 4,.......60 ~ suspects.

Even bill collectors and county sheriffs don't have 60 people who can logically be suspected of killing them.

This woman they've arrested may have done little more than take the first hit.

Cops would be wise to continue their interviews!
