A man believed to be Kim Jong-nam was spotted in Paris by crews of Fuji TV in Japan early this month. They ran into him at Champs-Elysees and interviews him. He answered them in fluent French. He said, "I came here to see a dentist. I don't have much to say. Sorry." Asked how he can speak fluent French, he replied, "You know I studied in Europe."

He’s nobody. Notice that he has no body guards. Unthinkable for any NK power player.
I thought that he was in Macau. Shows you what I know. Anyway, the kid just goes where there’s either prostitutes or gambling. He studied computer science in Switzerland, but I don’t know if he even managed to graduate. Probably didn’t.
His dad did take him to Shanghai once for an IT conference. That probably kept him alive. That and staying out of North Korea.
