CNN Caves to Hillary, But She’ll Still Struggle in Iowa
Foxnews.com ^ | 11/16/07 | Dick Morris

FNC Under Wolf Blitzer's gentle questioning, Hillary was able to avert another debate meltdown in the Nevada Democratic debate held last night, November 15. Asked about driver's licenses for illegal immigrants, a compliant, even subservient, Blitzer accepted Hillary's one word answer, “No,” with no follow up. Had a better journalist been asking the questions — like Tim Russert — he would have followed up the bland negation with probing questions about why she is yet again flip flopping on the issue

The fix was definitely in on this debate. She’s only got a year to go. Bill and the liberal press are going to have a long year of propping her up.

Fox News has some bias. I am no fan of Hillary, but they are attempting to make her less of candidate than she actually is. She is a much more skilled politician than Edwards or Obama. Fox News is not being fair but it is trying to be balanced. They are making Julie Annie more of a candidate than he is actually is, and they are throwing red meat to the Teddy Kennedy Wing of the Republican Party viewership by making Hillary less than she actually is. Hillary is a criminal, but she has some skills and more importantly some FBI files with no hesitancy to use them. Give her credit she did the crime, and Webb Hubbell did the time. She will have her way with the pathetic field of candidates the Democrats have with the same ease she had her way with Chelsea’s father, I mean the Webster.

Please don’t be vulgar.

Point taken (but it is so hard to remain civil when the MSM acts as cheerleaders for the 'Rats).

CNN wimps out again. Just make your views known, and CNN will report the news as you want it. Did it for Saddam Hussein for years.

The word Dick is seeking is "obsequious." Wolfie obviously wore a dress even as Clinton wore the pants.

He didn’t just ACCEPT a 1-word answer, before he asked her he specifically CHIDED Obama for NOT giving a one-word answer, indicating that one word was the CORRECT way to answer such a question.

Yes, she's both skilled and dangerous.

Of the pub candidates, I think only Fred or Rudy can beat her...and I wonder about both.

IF I had to place a bet today, I'd place my bet on Rudy...and leave my heart with Fred.
