The ADL has long ago demonstrated it is in the same league as the ACLU - anti-American worms burrowing into the values of traditional America to foster a political agenda.

They tried to teach us Spanish when I was in grade school...(late '50's) and I wondered why then ...and never retained any of it. And today English is the language of commerce around the world and Spanish is still the language of the car wash....and nothing more....useless unless you intend to to be in low level labor or intend to exploit or manage low-level labor....
These are separate fronts ....Islamic terrorism and the Latinization of North America....both threats to Americans...
I realize, as do many Americans, that America is being invaded. These invaders come to exploit our land, in the same manner, as the barbarians exploited Rome. History, Rome fell. Those who invade come to the US with the same idea. Enslave the population, murder the population, cause fear, rape, pillage and America will belong to the invaders. The muslims are all too happy to await the outcome. Those, coming here illegally, are doing exactly what Bin Laden desires.
I said (typed in this post) this situation may be a sign of the times. A language which binds our people is under assault. English is not spoken by the invaders, normally, and to destroy a Nation, one first seeks to modify or change the language.
The first steps to America, being overthrown, are far down the path. Americans have much catching up to do, if Americans can catch up. By all means, teach other languages, but do not expect America to change or modify, or outlaw English. Outlaw English....I never thought I would see the day when our enemy would use past tactics, of war, to destroy America. I expect History is not a priority at a school teaching yoga, etiquette and Spanish as a second language to toddlers. To grab the children while they are young, fill their heads full of gunk, and overthrowing their parents will be made easier. Past History, of this world, being repeated leaves America's Future Uncertain, but Outcome Not in Doubt.....America's enemies know the afore typed method. But by all means teach the toddlers yoga, etiquette and Spanish as a second language. Bin Laden is jumping for joy, as another knife in thrust into America and America's People.

I have no problem with those who want to deport those in our country illegally, or those who want to secure our borders. Your description of the “threat of Latinization” is offensive and stupid. There is no reason to put every person of Latin or Hispanic descent in one category.
There are many good, hardworking Americans of Hispanic and Mexican descent. How are they a threat?
My family has been in Puerto Rico since the days when Christopher Columbus was alive. Yes, we are Hispanic and we speak Spanish. I came to GA when I was 7, and all of my children speak English, and have since birth. There is nothing wrong with speaking Spanish, and it is certainly valuable for those in business with Spanish or Mexican companies. My spanish speaking BIL is a lawyer with GE and finds Spanish to be far more than a carwash language.
So Bin Laden is jumping for joy because preschoolers are learning Spanish as a second language??? Sorry I just don’t understand your connection between the two. My kids speak 3 languages and have since preschool. They are not terrorists, and they detest Bin Laden. I think you are taking things a little too seriously.
‘We The People’ tend to take things “too seriously”, when our leaders don’t take things ‘seriously enough’.
Had the laws, already on the books, been enforced and this problem not been allowed to fester, this entire conversation would not be taking place. As it is now, the problem will grow, anger will rise, and it will only get worse for all involved.
As long as the dem’s see this issue as one that could win them a substantial voting block, as well as more power for their victim/entitlement society, America and it’s ‘true citizens’ will continue suffer and pay and pay and pay.
Until the air is let out of this political football, all we are going to see is more of the same.... only much more intense with each passing day. At the moment, this debate is mostly talk, talk and more talk. But the longer this problem goes unresolved and we are abused, the louder the talk will get and the greater the risk that it will will turn to violence to end it.
IMHO, Most every problem associated with this issue could be resolved by Congress and the Senate in a week. The President might be able to resolve it in a single day. Now, I love and respect my president, but on this issue, he confounds me.
Anyway, I see this like some types of cancers... had it only been treated sooner, the cancer victim might have survived.
What time is too late?
I believe and recognize history offers insight into the present. Understanding history, offers insight of the tactics used by an enemy, during war. I know the enemy’s tactics, and believe it or not, the enemy has the conquest of America very well planned out and far down the path. By all means teach different languages, but understand the history, as America is invaded, and prepare, for the enemy does not warn a nation before the strike. Thus history must be our teacher. One who knows history is forewarned. Look at the practice of islam, surprises can be found found which point to the present, if one studies islamic history. And regretfully yes...bin laden is jumping for joy. A nation can be destroy with a language barrier, placed as common nothing to concern oneself with attitude, as is occurring now, in the present. Think of the Tower of Babylon.....jmho
