Bill Bennett will probably never be on a CNN program again.

Bill Bennet just revealed that the gay general is part of Hillary Clinton’s gay steering committee. “It should have been disclosed,” said Bennet right there on CNN.

Anderson Cooper was obviously shocked, shocked I say"

Hunter always does well. The problem is that his number never gets called.

“Romney - nervous. Seemed uncomfortable, was AWFUL on the gay question...”

Romney supports “gays and lesbians being able to serve openly and honestly in our nation’s military” and he was being pinned down on it.

Every time he refused to change his position, he only would say that now is not the time to get into it.

The American public generally holds no ill towards our homosexual brethren but we’re not keen about letting them get married and for the most part, we think they should keep a low profile and more power to them.

How would you feel if they asked evangelicals to keep a "low profile" too?

Seriously, this is America. We're founded on belief of the unalienable right to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness. If they want to walk hand-and-hand, shop together in public and do other things you would do with your loved ones they have that right. If you don't want to see it, stay home or live in the wilderness.

We don't need to be supporting Balkanization. Keeping gays in a "low profile" is what fosters the toe-tapping for hookups in airport bathrooms, it fosters a spread of disease, feelings of separateness from the American dream and makes them ripe targets for divisive radical socialists. It's ultimately corrosive to our national interests nearly as much as the appeasement of multiculturalism and undermining of assimilation of immigrants.

It’s an old poll. Disregard.

I don’t think CNN is running a poll with this one. Perhaps they know as much as we do that it would be spammed by the Paulinas.

Hillary probably planted him with that question, and sent him to the Republican Debate.

“Romney hates the South. Et tu, Mitt?”

Then you better be prepared to say “Et tu, Fred” also, because Fred gave virtually the same answer as Mitt did to the question. But you just want to dislike Mitt, don’t you.

Great post - you nailed it!! The Mitt vs. his religion comments have got to go. I guess a Jew can’t run for president then?? How about a Quaker?? Oops, we already had one (Nixon). The Freepers who are bashing him are most likely part of the evangelical ‘movement’ - what a joke. Christians?? BULLS$$T. I was baptized a Catholic. I don’t need to be ‘born’ again. Christ has always and will always be with me. Go ahead all you evangelical Freepers...flame away.

And Anderson said he was unaware of that.

One, I don't believe CNN didn't know.

Two, if they didn't know, what kind of new organization are they?

Three, if one and two are true, I want his job.

Tanc was awesome. Hunter was solid as always, and I have to agree about Paul making sense outside of foreign policy.

Romney? Off balance, unsure of himself.

McCain: Dignified, "gravitas".

Rudy loves the sound of his own voice - he just won't shut up.

Bennett is pushing MR and MH.

Bennett is fine, but I will never forget when he and Jack Kemp flew to CA after their prop 187 vote passed, and called them all racists. Back in the mid 90’s.

Do you remember that?

As usual Duncan Hunter was the best, and Thompson was second, and as usual, they focused on the Romney-Giuliani-McCain-Huckabee quartet.

I saw a side of Romney I DIDN’T like - his response to the question about the Confederate Flag was an immediate, visceral, and unthought response of exactly what he is - a limousine liberal from the Northeast.

Ron Paul and his choir demonstrated their total lack of touch with reality on foreign policy AGAIN - a most important issue.

John McCain AGAIN demonstrated he hasn’t got the slightest idea about the Geneva Convention is all about and his lack of knowledge of American history. Nobody condones torture, and I have have reservations about “Waterboarding” but there are times and situations that call for extreme measures not generally employed in the Civilian line.

My guess is that response just lost him the nomination.

Huckabee sounds good except when he’s responding to the issue of illegals.

Giuliani sounds like he is trying his best to reach out to the conservative wing on a number of issues.

I’m beginning to think that if Thompson or Hunter can;t make it, a Giuliani/Huckabee ticket would be best.

Despite what I have said before though, the thought of Hillary CLinton and the bloated obscenity called her husband again profaining the White House is strong enough an inducement to get my vote for ANYBODY the Republicans put up.

And by and large, most of the Republican Candidates are much stronger than ANY candidates the Dems are running.
