Traveling recently we noticed how many hotels do not have Fox News listed on their cable offerings. It seemed almost as if the hotel owners were trying to control the people’s access to the news.
What can I say?
It's even worse on a cruise ship. The only news source is CNN TV and there are no alternatives for very long periods of time. On a cruise last year CNN trotted out the American-side death toll in Iraq every 10 minutes, over and over. Being captive audience to CNN is like being forced into a re-education camp.
Oddly enough, I’m listening to CNN’s replay of last night debate! Can’t remember the last time my TV stayed on CNN of any amount of time.
in-Competent News Network, just watched their fair tax segment, news guy didn’t know what it was and had this negative gesturing, and their expert couldn’t explain to him it was a consumption tax.

I laugh out loud when they put the word ‘TRUST’ up on the screen, in big letters.
True enough but ...
One would think that even they would come up for air once-in-awhile and have a look at what Murdoch is doing to them. Ratings don't lie and they can certainly read the ratings/circulation numbers and those figures continue to decline for CNN and it's like.

They don’t know they’re lacking air. I’m sure they just cannot understand how anyone could think differently, and so they just will never come up with the solution.
Even through your sarcasm, you can't see that there are those around here that bash Fox relentlessly, even though it does offer more conservative commentary and report more positive conservative-based news and shine a light on more dangerous liberalism than any other news outlet of which I am aware. I guess it just depends on your definition of debate.
