Woman kills fetus: choice, right, liberty
Man kills fetus: murder, homicide

Back when I was an atheist, I reasoned that if we allowed women to have “choice” over the life of a fetus, the father should have equivalent “choice”.

Up is down, down is up, white is black, black is white ...

Oh, and if you’re voting Guliani or Romney or Thompson or Huckabee, please soak your head for falling for whatever RINO “front runner” the liberal media plops before you.

See my tagline for the definition of “front runner”.

What you think creates your reality! Don’t you know that? Didn’t you go to government school?

I'm voting for Fred Thompson, and believe me, the MSM has NOT been pimping him; they've either trashed him or ignored him.

So he feels trapped

Yeah, that's so sad.

What the hell do you mean, 'on the hook'?

Ah, to swoon or’e the words of another, to be beset with angst or’e the thought of yonder person. Little is left but thoughts of yesteryear … be gone strong thought, be gone.

I'm sure it does happen more often, but this woman had the fortitude to have
tests run on the smoothie after becoming suspicious.
I'll bet doctors might start testing prego's if there's a miscarriage.

But then, whats to stop entrapment of the male should a female knowingly
taking this pill to cause miscarriage. It's a mess.

It’s a woman’s RIGHT to kill her own child, but it’s not alright for someone else to kill her child.

That what such laws are based on. If the woman decides that what's in her is a child, then that's what the law will consider the fetus. If she decides otherwise (i.e., abortion), then the law considers the fetus an internal organ. It's all up to her.

“On the hook” meaning the guy is obligated to support his kid for 20 years or more. That would seem to be the motive here.

Okay, perhaps I misinterpreted how you wrote that. Do you think the dad shouldn't’t be partly responsible for the financial upbringing of a child?

Of course the father should be financially responsible for supporting the child. That seems to be the motive here. That the father wanted to get out of that obligation and thus spiked the mother’s drink to relieve himself of the obligation.

Then I did misunderstand you with your ‘off the hook’ comment. Sorry. And I never say that so I actually mean it. LOL

“Woman kills fetus: choice, right, liberty
Man kills fetus: murder, homicide”

It’s simple- men do not have reproductive rights; women do- because they are equal.

"Um, isn't that when you're supposed to say, "Hey, look over there!" and switch drinks real fast?"

"But it's so simple. All I have to do is divine from what I know of you: are you the sort of man who would put the poison into his own goblet or his enemy's? Now, a clever man would put the poison into his own goblet, because he would know that only a great fool would reach for what he was given. I am not a great fool, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you. But you must have known I was not a great fool, you would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of me."

"Man kills fetus: murder, homicide”

Yes. However, if the man is the sperm donor, it is called "choice" and it no more murder than if the egg donor exercises "choice".

In my opinion.

This should level the playing field a little and solve the child support problems we've been having.

Here is the only solution to child support: the children get divided between the parents. No child support, period.

"You get the Porsche and Sally, and I get the Corvette and Timmy"?

If the children are older, if the parents live in the same city, and there's an even number, it could work.

“You get the Porsche and Sally, and I get the Corvette and Timmy”?

Country Western song???

Why would the children have to be older? Why would the parents have to live in the same city? And if there are an odd number, the first child goes with the parent whose gender it matches; in other words, first-born son goes with Dad. The second child, regardless of gender, would go with Mom. And so forth.

Courts are very reluctant to break up siblings. Especially if it's only for "fairness" between the parents. If the children are older, they can at least express a preference.

Different cities would never work. The siblings would never see each other and the courts would never allow it.
