Get married and have sex with your spouse, only.
Solved. No money.
You’d think he’d know that.

When are we going to quit providing aid to every country in the world.. In America we could address the causes of aids.. but that is seldom mentioned.. people need to take responsibility for their actions..I fed up paying for peoples stupidity...

"As President, I will mobilize our civilian instruments of power to address HIV/AIDS, poverty and other challenges across Africa..." F-Africa. If you're going to spend billions of American taxpayer dollars, spend it on Americans. And if you're going to spend on disease research, cancer and heart disease (to name just two) should take precedence over a disease (AIDS) almost always contracted by lifestyle choices.

Don’t use intravenous drugs or have gay sex with multiple anonymous partners.
That would solve 90% of it.

Good foreign policy. Africa is the least developed continent and governments are being over-run by muslims as we speak. This is one way to court the people.
From what I’ve heard, the reality is they are suffering horribly. Let’s count our blessings.

Today, only one-third of all foreign aid gets to the people it was intended to help. That must change.
O.K.
I also believe that government should work in partnership with our nation's pharmaceutical researchers and manufacturers to advance the HIV/AIDS research agenda and move us toward a cure."

No, the gay lobby doesn’t agitate for such.
