As Sarah Kreager, 26, tried to sit down on a Baltimore City bus Tuesday, police say, a middle-schooler told her she couldn’t. When she attempted to take another seat, a middle-schooler wouldn’t let her. Finally, according to police, Kreager just sat down.
She was “immediately attacked” by nine students — three females and six males — from Robert Poole Middle School. They punched and kicked her at 2:59 p.m. at the intersection of 33rd Street and Chestnut Avenue, according to Maryland Transit Administration police.
Kreager was dragged off the bus and her boyfriend, Troy Ennis, attempted to get her back on, police said.
She sustained “serious injuries” and had to be transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, according to a police report.

That's pretty much the standard excuse in black-on-white violence.
I find it hard to believe that a white person who was not highly intoxicated would say something like that while using public transportation in Baltimore.
There are vague references to “started the fight” ALONG with “n-word”. Very vague, at least in the follow-up articles at Examiner. Not clear if they mean she did something else and said that, or if just saying that “started the fight”. Someone claimed the man had a knife. But no real coherent story. You’d think with 9 punks they could come up with a continuous solid story between them.

If these punks ever did this to a Hispanic woman in Los Angeles that would be the end of them and possibly their neighborhood. Whites are the greatest race of enablers.

If true, of course, that would have made it Justifiable Homicide in Baltimore.
Incidents like this are the reason I have avoided Balt. and DC like the plague for years.

That was how that trucker Reginald Denny got bludgeoned by a brick during the Rodney King riots in LA. He didn’t want to run over anyone, they yanked him out of his truck and proceeded to pummel him nearly to death.
I used to ride the #11 to downtown all the time in my youth. Sometimes it was tense, but never like this.
Hint: one of the two greatest cinematic comedies of manners of the past couple of decades.

I'm sure the conclusion will be a big 'negatory' on the hate crime rap, but they mentioned the phrase in this context, and thats encouraging.

I’d like a survey on the perp’s favorite “artists.” Any doubt? An entire generation is being destroyed by their own. A tragedy of incalculable proportions. This may seem off point but have any of you heard the car radios of the hip hop crowd? They will rattle your windows from a quarter mile away. They mean to annoy. This is aural aggression. The police can’t breach your doorway without a warrant. But these punks in their “Boom Cars” can invade the sanctity of the hearth with absolute impunity. They mean to annoy and disturb. The manufacturers even revel in irresponsible ads that implore prospective buyers to wake up the neighborhood. They even entreat punks to destroy the eardrums of those close buy. When will the trial lawyers go after these vermin?
I’ve always contended that the purpose of rap is to p!ss off the general population. No one could actually enjoy that noise. I believe that pants worn so that their a$$ shows is done for the same reason. It’s a sign of disrespect. In the end they are just showing disrespect to themselves. They’ll be hard of hearing, shiftless bums, with their cracks showing.
